We stayed first in a smoking room, the outdated heating/cooling system struggled to cool the room. The pool looks green & is breaking around the edge. 2nd time we had a non-smoking room & woke up with a cockroach on yhe bed. Both times absolutely disgusting.
-
IT WAS SO NOISY! No sleep at all!! There was LOUD music coming from a car in the parking lot!! I call the front desk and the person I spoke with said she was calling the cops! No cops showed up! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Cockroach on my bed when I woke up. Old run down rooms & cooling system. Dirty all over, pull a towel out & see dust, dirt, hair, gross! I have never seen a Motel 6 this dirty & disgusting, if I didn't travel with my pet I would have to go elsewhere. Not worth the money.

Well first of all the property was dirty, the stairs trash everywhere. Room had a really bad odor room was not that clean. I still can get ove that odor in the room also walls stains and curtains stains like blood. I went to get coffee in the morning very messy place. No creamer no sugar

They haven’t clean my room yet, but I try to keep it clean. I got tired asking them today anyway the party is so busy doing other people’s rooms, but I’ll try to keep my room clean.

It was a great stay and it was clean and we had a tub in the bathroom. Place had a cool check in robot and it was easy peasy would definitely stay again
-
Cheap basics. That's what you pay for here.

Room was clean. Location is convenient. Pet friendly. People were loud and partying until 1:00 a.m. right outside our room, it was awful. Both beds were rock hard. We had requested the ground floor when we reserved the room, but were put on the second floor. We have stayed here for years when in Flagstaff, and not had these issues.

Bugs in room, ticks crawling on floor, hair in beds Disgusting bathroom. Horrible customer service and they wouldn’t refund our stay after we walked out the first 20 mins having to go find another hotel at 1030pm. Now I’m fighting for our refund because they already charged us full amount for the four night stay. Hire all new staff for customer service and cleaning.

The room was dirty toilet not clean. Room musty 2inches of water from toilet till door to get out an I had to clean it up the ac barly works. Bed were wet an musty had to use my dogs blanket in my car to sleep
-
Staff was above board and the cleaning person was great!
-
You get what you pay for I'm not sure if it was an off week or what but I wouldn't recommend them
-
It was not very clean. The property was ok but the room could have been much cleaner.
-
I kept hearing people argue
-
Tons of loud dogs. Overall, not a very good experience at all.
-
other than the beds being comfy, there wasn’t really anywhere to park due to the giant trucks that were parked, and wasn’t a big parking lot. also the air conditioner took hours to kick in. no elevator and only ice machine was in lobby. staff member stated room numbers outloud and was on the phone while trying to check us in, so didn’t know if she was talking to us or the person on the phone. no staff was available after a certain time, only virtually.
-
There was still hair on the floor in the bathroom.
-
Motel 6 disappoints again, but it was cheaper than others.
-
Good location but expensive for the quality offered. Staff was cold, lazy, and had no manners.
-
Good for a bed and a shower for a couple hours. Non-smoking room still stank like smoke and wasnt clean and no coffee maker or coffee up front till 10 a.m the A/C Barely cooled the room over night. no physical staff when I was there. There was a huge language barrier making the tele-checkin difficult for both check in and out. Was able to fit an suv with a small trailer.
