Very comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay. Staff was very helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room Too many trains at night

The staff, clean room, convience to my needs, and priced well. The breakfast didnt really exist.(a small cello wrapped muffin) I slept well, but trains are frequent and loud, no fault of the hotel.

New room and furnishings inside even though the hotel looked dated on the outside. Very easy and quick check-in and check-out process. Situated on Route 66. Very close proximity to train tracks with trains frequenting every 15 mins. It was very loud and noisy the entire time. Description said breakfast was included in the price, but breakfast was really a stale packet of pastry.

Kings Inn is my getaway place. I love the staff very friendly. The rooms are always exceptionally clean. I always have a very. Pleasant stay Close by on historic rout 66

The only thing I liked was the location. The management there has charged my card for damages that do not exist. I have yet to see any evidence of damage to the sheets or towels. I have timestamp and dated photos of the condition I left the room and the manager there insists I caused damage to the room. There was some Flagstaff ash mud in the shower from my legs after a hike, but i washed that out . I think the staff was upset they had to clean the room. The condition of the room was dirty when we arrived. There were hairs on the floor and dust on the countertops indicating the room had not be cleaned in a while.

Nothing place was horribly dirty Everything was bad. Poop stains in the toilet and pubic hairs in the shower and corners of the bathroom
