They do not disclose a fee for your animals until check in rooms are kind of small for the price.

No suggestions, except that the sign stating that management is not responsible for any damages to vehicles parked there is a bit of a downer.

Room was a little old and worn but clean and that's what matters. Beautiful view of one of my favorite towns.

While not perfect, this hotel did a nice job with the decor...nice pictures of Aspen trees on the walls. The air conditioning worked extremely well...very important to me. Most hotels have dim rooms that make it hard to read even when all of the lights are on. This room had lots of light...another big one for me. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. We didn't use the pool, but I saw someone brushing it down each morning. A good sign.

older hotel, nicely remodeled with good ventilation

Checked in via onsite machine. No one there to greet us. Hotel room smelt of weed. The bathroom shower tile was moldy. The shower head clearly wasn’t finished and just sticking out of roof. The bathroom cabinet had zero space for anything and the side of it was peeling off from condensation. Carpet was coming off the side paneling. Hotel mini fridge made a loud humming sound all night. Train next to hotel ran multiple times so sleep was disrupted plenty of times.

We stayed at Hotel Aspen twice during our vacation. Once at the beginning of our trip and once on our way home. It was reasonably priced and the bed was comfortable. The room was dated but clean. We didn't use the pool, but others were enjoying it. No breakfast but there was a Keurig machine in the room. I would stay here again because it was an easy walk into downtown.

Great place to stay. Bed was comfortable

Everything was perfect!!!

The only thing I would recommend to travelers is to bring a shower cap because the shower head is in the center of the ceiling in the middle of the shower. Hard to avoid getting your hair wet. Other than that I would absolutely recommend it and stay again

This place is really run down, but the bed is comfortable (not the pillows, they are flat and lumpy) and the staff was nice. It was cheap, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it was still pretty disappointing. The latch lock on the door didn’t align right because there was a pretty large gap in the door, which allowed all the noise to come in too. It took a little finessing to get it to lock and I couldn’t really sleep very well because of the noise. I heard someone coughing outside and it sounded like they were standing over my bed. It felt dirty. If all you want is a cheap place to rest, this does the job, but you will hate spending time in the room when your eyes are open.

I am not sure how this place has such a good rating- my experience was very weird. The photos for the single king bed rooms are inaccurate, the bathrooms were not remodeled and had no towel racks. The first room, we didn't have enough towels, and when my husband tried opening the bathroom cabinet to look, the door fell off. Later that evening, we realized that the deadbolt didn't work. Only one of the ceiling lights had a bulb, and it ended up flickering all night long while turned off. The next morning, my husband discovered that the only chair in the room was soaking wet after he sat in it. At this point, I requested a room in better shape. We packed all of our belongings and came back to our new room in the late afternoon. The shower curtain in the new room had several visible dirt stains. I requested a new shower curtain the following morning. We left for the day around 11 am and when we returned around 4 pm, the door to our room (directly to the outside) was wide open. Thankfully nothing was taken, but the front desk staff seemed unconcerned when I let them know. They refused to offer any refund for this stay. Finally, the morning of checkout, someone started knocking on our door 2 hours before checkout time and then actually opened our door before identifying that they were from housekeeping. The motel does not offer daily housekeeping or have do not disturb signs. Check other sites for reviews- I highly recommend staying elsewhere- NOT clean or safe!

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made the experience even better. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely choose this property again in the future. Highly recommended.

The pictures are absolutely not what the property actually looks like. Everything is in such poor shape and not clean. We didn’t even end up staying the night and decided to go elsewhere. Furniture is worn and stains on pillowcases. I would not recommend this place again.

I had to check in using kiosk with a live against on the other end. It was nearly impossible to understand his accent and to even hear him with all the background noise of other patrons checking in with a live person. The echo In the lobby didn’t help either. We had to walk back down the hill to ask for more towels- 4 people in the room and only 3 towels & then again to ask for more toilet paper. The tvs in either room glitched so bad you couldn’t watch them.

This place is awesome Clean most importantly, comfortable and great amenities. Nice towels, clean pool and. Just lovely and a great value too.

The new owners committed a crime with the lime green paint, weird blue and futuristic decor, the virtual agent, and the landlord special makeovers which just look like painted over dust and bugs. It’s gross and no charm anymore.
-
Room smelled badly of smoke. We asked for a refund so I could leave because I have asthma and they said they could only upgrade us. The new room had cigarette butts all outside the door and smelled just as badly. We only ended up staying one night and left our reservation early.

All I got to say is "there's a reason why I picked this hotel for a second time."
