SpringHill Suites by Marriott Flagstaff

Cynthia at the desk was amazing. The lobby was well maintained. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Now to the bathroom. Its a pocket door with frosted glass that looks/opens right to the beds. Ours just happened to be slightly off, didnt close all the way and was extremely heavy to push open/closed. The bathroom was clean, but could use some extra help with the shower door. Rotting caulk around the shower, shower door needs a new gasket. General maintainance.

We came up for moving our freshman in and this hotel was the perfect choice. As a former NAU student I knew things booked up but we were so happy with our room, the breakfast provided (this was a great win to avoid busy restaurants), proximity to campus and how kind all the staff were. We’ll definitely be returning!

While in Flagstaff to move our freshman into the NAU dorms, Springhill Suites turned out to be perfect - location, cleanliness, safety, all the things!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast amazing! Plenty of parking. Nothing at all.

The Hotel Manager was nonchalant when handling a very serious problem.

Overall, our stay with family was great. Two things that need to improve on. 1. Fridge is not getting colder. 2. Sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on.

The breakfast at this sight had the bare minimum offerings we've ever experienced at a Springhill suites, watery egg's, sausage patties, oatmeal bar, couple cereal options and bread/bagels, it's definitely less than all of the other facilities we've stayed at. We didn't even eat there for 2 of our days because it was exactly the same and super gross! The pool is indoors, which was nice because it was raining/thundering during our stay! Upon walking into the pool it smelled of chlorine SO bad that it instantly burned our eyes and we had to leave, couldn't even get in the water, it was horrible. We did let the front desk staff know about our 1st horrible room and she changed it for us no problem but the second room was still just as bad, without the moldy room smell though. This was by far the grossest, most un kept hotel we've ever encountered!

Check in was easy, they met all my needs when asked for extra comfort items. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The quiet, space of the room, beds were comfortable, pool area was heated, breakfast was plentiful. Easy to get in and out of the area and back on the highway. Did not have any problems.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonably good for a moderately priced hotel. It is a good family hotel.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Place needs to be updated.

Because we were busy, we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. However, there were plenty of other options for fun! I can’t remember anything negative.
