Quiet, comfortable, perfect location.

The hotel is conveniently located close to t Piazza della Libertà, with access to Tram to station and airport. The check in was smooth and the staff gentle, the facilities are not the newest but the price is reasonable, really great value for money in Florence!!! The hotel is not fancy nor the facilities or the furniture the most updated but it's absolutely fine for a short stay where the hotel is mostly used for sleeping.

Nothing They didn't answer any emails I could inside the hotel or park my car.

Arianna at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location - although away from the hub of the city - was close enough by public transport to allow for full exploration of Florence; a beautiful (and ultimately walkable) city. Breakfast was also included in our reservation and was a welcome way to start our days. We had hoped to visit Piazza di Michelangelo in the evening but it didn't work out as we felt it was too far away from the hotel. It was only upon leaving for the train station when we discovered the required bus (#12) stopped right outside the door of the hotel.

Room 59 (disability access room) is big, window overlooking a garden, toilet is big as well This hotel is far away from all tourist attractions; walls are so thin we could hear next door talking/showering/watching TV; breakfast was too simple for this price; coffee that was provided at breakfast shelf was very bad; they didn’t let us know there was a coffee machine at the counter (we had to ask, if we don’t ask, we don’t get it)

Location is good, there is limited parking The room was not properly cleaned, the receptionist (man) unpleasant and nervous, poor breakfast.

I love your little traditional hotel. Far from the center without crowds, noise or confusion but close to transport and restaurants and a supermarket, drug store, and other retail stores. I'll be back. Standard breakfast is not my favorite. The bathtub was a wrestling match with the Jacuzzi jets but I won.

We checked in around 1am and the staff provided wonderful service for us. Room was clean and ready for us. Nothing
-
Location is infront of bus station , easy access 15 min to main places in city
-
I like the 24h reception which makes my early checkout possible. The staff were all very friendly and I like talking with them? There is a supermarket just within 3-min walk, and to the city center 23-min walk. If you wanna take bus, bus station is just outside the gate. Anyway, I will choose Diana Park next time when I travel in Florence.

spacious room, comfortable bed, warmth, bathroom and super hot water, good breakfast the bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, I still didn’t understand where the smell was coming from, the noise of passing cars was very audible

A lot of traffic noise. Room had many mosquitos that we spent about an hour killing off before going to bed.

The room was very tidy and clean, with an old times vibe design. The reception personnel was really nice and helpful. They offer a few parking spaces. Horrible experience for breakfast! I hated the attitude of the girl serving breakfast. A shame for the hospitable industry. There was almost nothing to eat for breakfast, except cereal and a few cups of youghurt . No eggs, no cheese, no ham, no fresh juices, no bread! When I asked for "something more" she said with an attitude: "this is what we have! If you wait I will prepare smth" AND GUESS WHAT: she came back with 2 thin slices of cheese and 2 of some cheap ham. That was it. I had to ask 2 times for a coffee (which was a long colored water) . Never in my life have I experienced smth like this. The air conditionning CANNOT BE TURNED OFF from your room! Only from the reception. Even if you take out the card the air turns on again. So either you have it permanently on or permanently off (if you ask the reception) ... Again, a first.

Breakfast was ok great coffee and many options. The location had easy bus transport and about a 20 minute walk from museums etc the staff was incredibly helpful and professional The bed could be better felt like it might be time for a new mattress

It was not near to the town. Breakfast was very basic scramble eggs. Dry and burnt. Sorry. The breakfast staff was the only one that was not helpful. Other stuff are very helpful.
