We had a lovely time staying here while we were in Florence. The location was great, right by the river and bridge. The rooftop had some nice views of the city. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with great coffee and very friendly staff. I should have picked a bigger room since we were there for a few days. The room was very comfortable though!

The only thing I would complain about is the smell in the lobby… not sure what it was, but smelt like wet carpet?

The lobby had a bad smell. The “artwork” was terrible. The hotel lobby/breakfast area could be upgraded and look so much better and inviting.

Fabulous location and very friendly attentive staff. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location, close to city center and river Bed sheet was dirty between cover and sheet. Appeared to have dirt and sand like it didn’t get changed.

Beautiful views from the roof, excellent location next to ponte vecchio yet a very quiet street. The bed was so incredible comfortable and the staff was so helpful. Nothing. The restaurant was closed, but I’m not even complaining.
