Aircon didnt work, staff control it remotely. Room was a sauna and no effort to help

Big room, very comfortable in a traditional style. Aircon was very effective when the days were consecutively 39/40 degrees and the midnight temperatures were in the high 20s, though a little noisy. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Be aware there are 30 steps from the front door to the lift.

This place was amazing.staff was fabulous ..air-conditioning was perfect..perfect location!!!! Stairs were a bit ..but the room made up for them!!!

Room and bathroom were excellent . Staff was excellent Didn’t like steps, elevator, mosquitos in the room. The second the guy showed us the mosquito thing for the room, we decided to leave. Elevator was too tiny.

It was so close to the river, specifically the Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was great. The walk up to the first floor and the tiny lift - although, I realise nothing can be done about those due to the age of the building.

The hotel was very comfortable and great location , very good staff , only reason I’m giving 8 it’s because the stairs , it’s located at third floor and for families with bags it’s hard , other than that , very good Stairs

This was such a perfect fit for our girls trip. Helpful and friendly staff. Safe and comfortable accommodations near everything on our list. Hot shower and large bathroom. Delicious cappuccinos in the mornings. What more do you need? That first flight of stairs with luggage to the lobby is a doozy. But well worth it.
