Nice rooms, they are very modern, not the usual on european hotels. Good service from the staff. The inner garden of the hotel is wonderful. It's not in the city center, but this means there are no crowds around. It's a long walk to the city center.

Good location, very clean. The public areas were great and my room was very nice. Exceeded expectations. Nothing, everything was great.

great breakfast, clean + cool rooms, unlimited access to water (still/sparkling) was a rare treat. checkout at 12pm was nice too

Breakfast was good, vegetables needed more attention, the room was clean, complimentary water was available in the mini fridge, staff was polite and helpful. Paper cups in the room for tea and coffee seem weird for a 4 star hotel, it would be useful to have conditioner in the bathroom not just hair and body wash combo. Air conditioning control is a bit too limited/restrictive for comfort.
