Location It’s an old run down property with very minimum amenities. It’s on the 3rd floor of a residential building and very old not well maintained. Rooms are extremely small with wall paint stained.

Fantastic location, right opposite Santa Maria del Fiore! Definitely book a room with a view, as the Duomo view is amazing. The room was clean and simply decorated, with basic toiletries provided. Friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and convenient luggage storage were all great. You can also leave your room key at reception when going out. We have to carry luggage up a few stairs before reaching the lift, and the hotel entrance is tucked away in a small alley and can be easy to miss.

Could not have asked for a better location. Right by the Duomo yet there was no noise from outside. Rooms are charming and breakfast is decent.

Only thing I would change is, better description on where to check in at. It was on the 3rd floor and there was no signage when you entered. Beautiful place just confusing at first.

Fantastic location so close to the cathedral. You can see the dome from m the hotel lounge window! Breakfast was great. Lift was a bit snug.

Simple hotel on the third floor of the building. Small Spartans, decent size rooms average breakfast. Small but very clean rooms with bathrooms. Excellent staff very helpful and very polite. Above all fantastic location right on the cathedral square, walking distance from major museums, restaurants churches etc.Bugdet friendly. Difficulty getting in and out the elevator but other wise everything as expected.

This was a perfect place to stay. Affordable but still felt very nice, location was terrific, staff was attentive and friendly, breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay here again! No complaints, perfect stay!

The staff was lovely and very helpful (they helped me with the luggage). The location is perfect. The room could be updated overall. The stairs from the ground floor are steep and narrow, quite challenging with big luggage (but the staff was very helpful and carried mine down for me).

The location was excellent within sight of the Duomo and easy walking distance to the Uffizi and the Gallery dell' Accademia. In the extreme heat we would have appreciated a bottle of water on arrival. The breakfast was disappointing with canned fruit salad and the water urn for tea was not hot enough. Fruit juice tasted synthetic. There was no prior notification that reception was on the 3rd floor. The handrails up the flights of stairs were all loose and felt precarious.

* Exceptional location, right next to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore and Florence’s main square. * The room and hotel facilities are excellent, with a very comfortable and well-maintained environment. * The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Esther, who was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to explore in the city. * The proximity to Florence’s main attractions made it easy to experience the city on foot. * Excellent value for money. The breakfast was good overall, but I would have appreciated a greater variety of options.
