Amenities like Iron should every room has. Upstairs bedroom didn't cool enough

The location is excellent with easy access to a ton of tourist attractions and popular restaurants. The staff were very sweet, helped us reserve taxis and restaurants. HAS AC! The rooms are on the second floor and carrying the luggage up and down (even with the elevator) was a bit of a hassle.

Perfect Location , cold AC and affordable None

Location is perfect, it's in the middle of everything. Bed is comfortable enough, I would have thought I requested for 2 beds and not a queen sized bed. Bathroom is clean but it took a long time for the water to go down whenever you shower, something is wrong with the drainage. It would have been better if there is an elevator all the way to the floor where we stayed at. No elevator on the floor where we stayed at Drainage in the bathroom is not working Would have been better if there were 2 beds in the room

The style and quality of the rooms. The stairs were some work!

Location. Size of room (we were four people) The a/c did not work. It was extremely uncomfortable given the heat.

The property requires stairs and a lift, which worked out ok but was more than expected.

Location was fantastic you could walk to everything even to the trains and buses . Food is amazing everywhere! Liked everything.

The elevator!!!

Great location. This place is basically an expensive backpackers room. There’s definitely no luxury and no suites as they claim. Our room was tiny! We were aware of the stairs to get to the lift but they didn’t mention there’s a lot of stairs between floors. It’s also dark in the stairway and sometimes we struggled to find the light as they’re in odd spots. E.g. you come out the lift and have to go down stairs with no light as it’s on the next landing. Dangerous. Then there’s the keys. You need 4 keys! One goes into the wall for power. My husband wanted to go out but I didn’t so we had to take the key off the ring which had obviously been done many times before. Management complained about that. Reading the reviews I have to wonder how many are real because this is not a 4* place. Our aircon DID NOT WORK. Management said different but they weren’t sleeping in a tiny hot bedroom as Florence is having a heatwave. We had staff in 3 times to fix it but it didn’t work. Simple. After 5pm we couldn’t contact anyone. The last woman who tried to help simply stated it doesn’t work. We know! The bed was also made up of 2 small singles with flimsy bedding. Because of this we checked out after the first night. We requested a refund and the tourist tax for a night back but they flat out refused so we had to pay the tax again at our new hotel. This place advertises itself as something it’s not. It’s a glorified backpackers though the location is wonderful. But aren’t all backpackers? They also WhatsApp’d me a month or so before arrival asking for my credit card details, despite us already paying in full months ago. We’re home now and things aren’t so frantic so will definitely be making a full complaint to Booking.com.

Location location, the best place, everything to see is right there. The staff is great. Helpful and nice. Not very clean

Property location was perfect for us since we were in the center of town I didn’t like that we had to try and look for the garage however however, the driver that we did not hire how to follow him to the exact location of the garage
