Hotel Executive Florence

The staff was kind and welcoming. They helped us with our bags.

The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were the highlights. The room was cozy and comfortable, and everything was available; the beds were comfy. The hotel location was perfect, walking 1 min to the bus station i used and 20 mins max to the key touristic destinations, and surrounded by a lot of shopping options, a supermarket and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at HE! From our initial welcome until our departure, they entire staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room, breakfast, and gym were all excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Florence!

The property is conveniently located near all of the sights but out of the tourist zone. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the staff is amazing. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Florence.

Location was within walking distance to my train station. More sites were no more than a mile walk.

Breakfast was good, pastries in the lobby with tea was a nice touch. Snacks in the bar also good Shower was small, but not terribly

Hotel Executive is a very good to excellent 4-star hotel, well-located, comfortable, well-maintained, quiet. My twin-bed single room was small, but adequate and cozy. Breakfast buffet was excellent with optional patio seating. Fitness room is small, adequate with cycle, treadmill, resistance tower; no free-weights. I liked the location: 15 minutes walk along the river from the center of old town: far enough away to be quiet and away from tourist traffic; safe neighborhood, a "stone's throw" around the corner from the US Consulate; ˜100 meters from the Arno River walk, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Many of the guests are from the US and some travel groups lodge their guests here. I recommend Hotel Executive and would stay again.

The front desk staff anticipated our needs and proactively offered solutions. They also offered outstanding restaurant suggestions, which we greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast spread was extensive and delicious.

We were in two rooms, and one room had no windows at eye level. This meant the room was dark and cave-like. Fine for napping but far from ideal the rest of the time

We had a lovely room and the staff was courteous and helpful, they called a taxi for us a few times and the apertivo was very nice in the afternoon.

Room was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Nice coffee.

Big, clean, quiet and comfortable room for three. The hotel is located in the city center in walking distance from railway station and main city attractions.
