In quella stanza, il rumore dell'acqua che scorreva attraverso il muro era costante. Era impossibile riposare a causa del rumore continuo. Il rumore dell'acqua che scorreva attraverso il muro della mia stanza era costante. E al mattino presto era così forte che non si riusciva a dormire. Inoltre, penso che avrebbero potuto fornire un lenzuolo in più perché l'aria condizionata era accesa di notte e non c'era un piumone, solo quello fornito con il letto.

Good location and nice breakfast. Staff is friendly. Elevator is on the ground floor. Early check in. It would be better if there’s a recycle bin in the room. The stairs is way too close to the elevator door which make you feel unsafe at first..

The service , the staff and the food in the morning , everything was perfect Nothing they were all nice

The location was central. The room size was small however the bathroom was good. The breakfast was good. Family owned hotel with helpful and courteous staff.

Magenta is in a great location. Close to the station. Close to all the sites. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. The facility and rooms could use a refresh coat of paint to cheer up the the place.

Location is ok..purpose was to stay at location fairly near airport for 1 night so we had no intention of touring around Florence. But we did walk 18 min to Duoma. Taxi ride in early morning was only 15 min, no traffic. This property needs serious updating.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Magenta. This hotel is family-run, and you can truly feel the care and attention they give to every guest. They treated our family exceptionally well and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and things to do in Florence. A special thank you to Vittorio, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He helped us arrange a tour, secured reservations at wonderful restaurants, and was always available to assist with any questions we had. Their personal attention and genuine hospitality made our stay very pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend Hotel Magenta to anyone visiting Florence and looking for a warm, friendly, and authentic experience.

Near the station and the Arno river and good service The twin beds were very narrow but the room was small pretty and well equipped . The steps are dangerously close to the elevator and I nearly fell backwards rolling out my suitcase . Be careful

Everything was just perfect. The people were especially nice.

It was relatively cost effective. The location was much further from city center than we originally thought. Not as convenient as we would’ve liked.

Location; 10 minute walk from train station; 15 minute walk to Duomo; 2 blocks from Arno River. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful with yogurt, granolas, nuts, many fresh fruits etc Room a bit on small side but I opted for economy twin room. Fan was sometimes quite noisy at night.

Very good small intimate hotel with an excellent staff. Lots of excellent places to eat near hotel, good breakfast choices, and close to river and train station.

The staff was wonderful and the location was excellent, easy to get into the city center! The room was very quiet. It was expensive, but this is not surprising for a hotel in Florence.

The hotel is well located. The staff are amazing and super helpful. I really liked the breakfast variety too. It's very clean and tidy. The bed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the bed was really really awful. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The mattress felt uneven and slanted, with the right side dipping lower than the left. It didn’t feel stable at all, and I woke up with back pain as a result.

The owners and staff were great! Very helpful and friendly, they made sure our needs were met. If we go back to Firenze we’ll be back

Prime location, walk distance to major attractions. Good breakfast Rooms could be better.
