Location Facility. Staff

Great location No luggage storage. No AC. No window mosquito screens. It was hard to sleep in the heat.

This hotel doesn’t have restaurant/cafetería, nothing you can buy. I think would be nice that they have st least a coffee machine or vending machine with drinks. The bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable I hadn’t been in such a small shower.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location near the Duomo, Mercato Centrale, and many restaurants. Everything was within walking distance, and the room was cleaned daily. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, excellent location close to the railway station

Location After booking I received an email stating that the Queen bed I booked was not available

The hotel is not far from the station and the duomo. The room was pretty narrow. and the comfort is minimal. Pretty expensive for this.

Nothing went well. We thought that the reservation meant that there would be a shared floor restroom and assumed from the pictures that there would be a shower in the room but not a restroom. Since none of the pictures looked remotely like ours in the booking. The floor manager wasn’t going to let us in our room because we didn’t have our booking printed out on paper. My husband is colored and he was especially rude to him. It wasn’t until I came upstairs to talk to him ( I’m white) that he let it slide for us to check in for a few hours but said he would need it on paper once we came back from our scheduled tour. It didn’t say anything about that on the listing. He also didn’t let us into the hotel either if it weren’t for a sweet couple that let us into the building to even check in, we would’ve been on the street with our luggage for hours since no one was answering the phone or door bell. No instructions whatsoever how to check in. We spent over an hour trying to figure it out only to be met with by far the rudest receptionist either of us have ever met. Get to our room at this point I’m crying because I’m pregnant tired and stressed from our conversation with the receptionist and our room is nothing like the listing. Broken lamp with glass hair on the bed, discoloration on the comforter that has probably never been washed. Only to find that shared restroom meant sharing a shower and bathroom. And not just any shower, the smallest shower I’ve ever seen with literal hair and pee on the floor of it. It was giving major taken energy and as previously mentioned I’m pregnant so there’s no way my ass was fitting in that shower even if I wasn’t scared of catching hand foot and mouth. My husband and I have lived in 3rd world countries and have stayed in nicer places so do what you will with that information. The only plus is it’s very close to the duomo so if that’s all you’re going for then I guess that works but I didn’t feel safe at all there so we ended up switching hotels .

Locations was good, but Florence is so small that any hotel is within walking distance from everything. Communal bathrooms. When marketing as a hotel, bathrooms in rooms are expected. I would have rather stayed in a hostel and saved money than waste it at hotel Regina

The manager kicked us out the first night we were staying at the property, as he thought we were trying to trick him in some way. He promised us a refund, but then later refused to give us one despite the fact we did not stay at the hotel. Worst experience I have had at a hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE it’s not worth the good location.

The check in is a bit late

Not having wifi in the rooms is pretty bad these days, you can hotspot your phone but the signal can be weak inside these old buildings. I actually would not have stayed here if they disclosed this but that's just about the only downside.

Good location. There were multiple people left waiting with luggage on the curb to check-in and no one would answer the door. You get what you pay for. Everything looked used and worn out and I was nervous about bed bugs the whole time. There is a strong smell of cooking oil and food from the restaurant downstairs.

It was clean, beds were good, location is super good. Stuff is nice. Room was a bit small for two people, but that was’t a big problem for us.
