I liked the location of the hotel! It was right next to one of the trendiest restaurants in Florence! There is also a food market right next door, which was great for breakfast/food souvenirs. Also, it was close by to the train station and statue of David. The place is definitely on the older side. It was just my friend and I traveling and we were assigned to a room with four beds lol. The lighting is very dark, especially for two girls who love wearing makeup. The toilet is very high up (my feet could not touch the floor lol).

It was a simple basic room in the attic. No window, but a skylight. The bathroom was shared with another room. The place was old, but the room was clean. No carpet (that was awesome!), and had AC that worked (a real treat as the temperature was high). Very basic. I only slept there one night and most of the time I was out as I was touring the city all day long. Comfortable and SAFE for a woman traveling alone. Beware that you will have to carry your luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. Since I was spending one night, I had a small backpack. People with large suitcases or poor physical condition should think about it twice. There is no elevator. Staff was friendly. The place's location is superb. I got what I paid for. I was satisfied with the room. I had to share the bathroom, but that was OK.

It was exactly what I expected for the price we paid- somewhere comfy to sleep with all the basics we needed, not far from the main trading station. The air conditoner was noisy, the bathroom looked a little worse for wear with rot at the base of the door frame.

Right in the middle of the tourist mediaeval part of Florence, about 2min walk to the markets. Friendly staff, reasonable price for the quality. Simple comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city. Not too fancy and priced accordingly. Restaurants and bars on the street below, moderately noisy with people and chatter until around 11pm, and some noise in the morning when the markets were setting up for the day. Almost no traffic noise. Note this hotel has no lift, and steepish stairs to reception on the 2nd floor.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Amazing location , near the train and in the center of the town easy to move anywhere.

Staff was good. Room has 4 twins as expected. Shower was decent except the floors. Was able to store luggage. 4 flights of stairs which was awful. Floors in shower dirty and moldy. Shower is hole in the floor next to toilet with folding door.
