It was very simple location

Good location. The room has a good size, but the bathroom was really small. We did a self check in because we arrived late, was very smooth. The next day we had to wait for someone to give the room key and do the check out. No one at the reception for long time. The bathroom was small, no amenities, only small envelopes of soap. Very basic.

Great location, very comfortable beds, nice staff, very clean.

The location is absolutely perfect: just 10 minutes from the main train station, on the same street as Firenze's top attractions, with excellent restaurants in the same block, all away from tourist traps. Being only a 3-minute walk from the Central Market is extremely convenient for enjoying a fresh, delicious breakfast each morning. We traveled as a group of four and stayed in Room 201, which suited us perfectly. It features three beds: one king-sized and two for the kids. The room is spacious, spotless, brand-new, and extremely comfortable for four. The mattresses are of high quality, and the shower and bath are modern and excellent. The hotel is a true gem. Its exterior conceals its contemporary, well-maintained interior. A small but highly efficient elevator transports guests to the reception on the first floor and to our room on the second floor. The staff responded promptly and effectively via Booking chat. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Firenze. Nothing.

Rooms are quite dingy and basic. Bit of a walk from the main station if you've got luggage.

The location is great, convenient to walk everywhere. Rooms are small, but beds are comfortable and showers are good. The man who welcomed us was very efficient and helpful. We have stayed here before and I'm sure we will return.

Location Descanting walls bath room and room absolutely horrible dirty room 207
-
The water in the shower runs slowly only one key for 2 people
-
main guy doesn’t tell anyone he is incharge, he lets us wait. a bit loud due to passers at night

The only thing we liked was the location The room was extremely small and lacked proper ventilation, making the air feel stale. The bed linens had an unpleasant odor, and we felt itchy throughout our stay. I even found a bug bite on my hand, which raises serious hygiene concerns. For the price charged, the quality of this stay was far below expectations.

The location is absolutely fantastic, within short walking distance from all of the big landmarks in Florence. The woman at the front desk (when she was there) was very kind, sweet, and helpful. The property also felt very secure, with a locked/coded outside door, inside gate, and other locked internal doors. The room also felt clean. Common areas (hallway, lounge, cafe) were cozy and comfortable. The pictures and details posted online for this property are very misleading. There are some rooms on the first floor that have a shared bathroom. We had a room on the 2nd floor with an en suite bathroom, but the sink and shower drains didn't fully drain properly, and the bath towel in the room is made with so much plastic that it might as well be a tablecloth. The pictures online make it seem like you get standard travel sized shower soap and shampoo, but in reality were tiny satchets that barely went the distance. Also, no washcloths. The water did get sufficiently warm, but the water pressure was very weak. The bed was hard as a rock, very much like a dorm bed. The pillows were also very flat and hard. Not ideal for someone like me with broader shoulders and is a side sleeper. The pictures online made the bed look very different than what we got. Also, there was only a sheet, no blanket. The posting online made it seem like this was going to be an actual hotel with front desk staff. In reality, it was one woman running the whole show (check in, room cleaning, etc). The hours on the door indicate that they are open 8am to 8pm, but there was no one there at least after 6pm during our stay. Which was unfortunate, because the AC malfunctioned in our room, and we could not get a hold of anyone. The walls were also pretty thin, and we could hear everything going on in the hotel. Again, not ideal for a hotel situated on a street that has activity going on all day and all night.

The location was perfect. Our first room, 101, had a funky smell that we realized was mold when we noticed mold growing on the walls. The shower also did not spray, the water just drizzled out. We asked to change rooms, which was done no problem. The next room had the firmest beds we’ve ever slept in, so uncomfortable! The room also had a smell, kind of like a wet dog, but better than mold I guess. The AC is apparently turned off in October, even though it was very warm, so we had to open the window which faced the street and it was unbearably loud. The bathroom walls were dirty and it was all around a poor experience. I would not recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect! The beds were a little firm and the bathroom wasn’t super clean.

The bed was not that comfortable but it is very personal

The location is amazing, the rooms are updated and very clean, and the price is super fair. They have very good air conditioning and they even have a mini fridge, which I did not encounter. I did not use the kitchen area with available hot water, coffee, but appreciate it being available. For negative reviews about no lift and noise from the streets - you are staying the middle of a busy European city, bring earplugs if you need and pay for another hotel if you can’t go up stairs. Make sure you are in communication with the hotel about checkin time because it is not 24 hours. Dorina, the receptionist and the cleaner is amazing. She is so sweet, so helpful, and works so hard..

The location is perfectly located in the centre of everything No facilities

Internet/phone service was sparse for me and if you were to be constantly coming and going getting in/out of room could be laborious given lack of elevator past the first floor.
