The hotel is just immaculate, everything polished and shiny, beautifully decorated, friendly helpful staff. We had a lovely room with a great view of the square. We arrived early but could leave luggage there while we explored. They had our room ready earlier than expected so that was a treat. High ceiling, fresh, clean and inviting. Loved all amenities in the bathroom plus the large fluffy towels and comfortable bed with great pillows. Excellent location so easy to walk to all the Florence highlights. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Spoiled with choices for restaurants and bars in the area. No complaints here. Everything was beyond expectations.

Hotel Roma is beautiful inside in perfect location and they have delicious breakfast. Eleonora who was at reception when we checked in and checked out was so helpful and very friendly.

From the check in, to the room, the overall service and experience - this quickly became one of our favorite Hotels in Florence. It's a great location - you can easily get to by car (if you arrive per car as we did), but also very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Florence and in the middle of everything. The room was large and very comfortable for European standard (also great AC - which is important in the hot tuscan summers). The service , from the front desk and the cleaning staff was simply outstanding (we did forget a phone - which they had secured).

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful - Eliana (hopefully spelled correctly) was truly great. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for the train. The room was bright and well laid out. The controls to open / close the high window in the room could have been clearer.

The hotel is in a convenient location for the train station. The desk staff is welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very pretty, very clean and had views over the main square. Air conditioning could be a bit stronger.

Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Was close to everything as 5-9mins walking distance to major attractions. The rooms were big, clean with far more amenities than expected.

The hotel's location was right in the heart of the city making it incredibly convenient to explore and get around on my own. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Since I had a 4 am flight, the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast for me to take along. The staff were exceptional friendly and attentive. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Would have been nice to have a window facing outwards.
