It was at a great location, clean and the receptionist was very polite The AC stopped working at the second day, I asked them to come and check it but nothing changed

No air conditioning, we could not sleep at night. We went to other hotels at night that were at walking distance to change to another place but sadly they were full. HORRIBLE experience, 32 Celsius with children :(, and no response form staff in whatsapp or booking.

There was no AC in all 3 rooms I rentes!, and nobody from there answered my messages from WhatsApp or booking. It was a horrible experience being 31 degrees at night, also with children. I do not understand how booking let's them have places if the description does not matches the reality.

The air conditioning We encountered several issues with the property. The hotel occupies a single floor within a building that appears to be commercial, housing other businesses on different levels. There is no direct elevator access; we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs just to reach the elevator. We arrived at 7:00 PM on a weekday and left at 11:00 AM the next day without ever encountering a single staff member. The luggage storage area is just a corner at the "hotel" entrance, with absolutely no security. The duvet was filthy, covered in black stains. The property is located within a ZTL (restricted traffic zone); since we arrived by car, we needed guidance on where to park. The hotel told us we could use a parking lot inside the zone and simply inform the attendant that we were hotel guests to have the fine waived. However, there was no one at the parking lot when we arrived or when we left. Furthermore, the person communicating with us via WhatsApp on behalf of the hotel simply stopped replying and provided no further assistance. Consequently, we are now stuck paying the fine for entering the restricted zone. Despite its central location, it isn't worth a penny given what it offers. It was a terrible experience; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would never return.

Location is the best. Host was really helpful, luggage hold was good Bathroom had mold and shower water was stuck and it was making a big puddle when you take a shower.

The location is great. It is near both the train station and the center. The bathroom is modern. The accomodation is quite and I can sleep well at night. We have to carry our luggage for a few steps when our room is on 3rd level. The elevator did not go all the way up there, it stopped somewhere on the second floor.

Excellent and convenient location and a quiet room despite being so central. It was great to be able to drop off bags before check-in.

No breakfast available at this property The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress felt as though it was made of concreteIt took me a long time to get to sleep and in the end I found a duvet in the wardrobe and put it on top of the mattress to make it a bit softer.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y tiene fácil acceso a varios lugares turísticos, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más cómodo.
