The host was very accommodating and gracious. The location is wonderful. It is above a VERY popular bar/meeting place with music blaring enough to make the room vibrate. Even white noise didn’t help. The towels were substandard also.

These upscale suites perfectly capture the essence of Italian living – refined taste, elegant design, and quality craftsmanship. It consists of 2 suites with a common area : reception, laundry ( washer, dryer and ironing board) and kitchen area for coffee and tea. The suite #1 where we stayed is a loft with a beautiful spiral staircase ( not suitable for people with mobility issues or very small children). The other suite is all on the same level. Location is awesome. You walk everywhere (including train station with airport connection 6 minutes away). Yummy breakfast at Mia Bakery steps away from the suites. Coffee in the apartment could be upgraded to Lavazza or Illy ?

It’s the perfect location for visiting Florence. Get the breakfast: the best pastries and food I had in Florence. Super clean, the bed was very comfortable (memory foam), the shower was a dream. It has a washer and dryer. Felt luxurious. The bar downstairs and the street can be a bit too loud at night time, but you are in downtown Firenze so just bring earplugs. It didn’t bother me that much.

Having visited Florence before, we knew we wanted to stay in a property that was an easy walk to the Firenze SMN train station. Tailor House B&B fit the bill with a great location. It is an apartment stay with only two units and access to excellent laundry facilities (washer & dryer). The unit we stayed in was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. There is no staff on the property but it wasn't an issue as Alessandro was there to greet us after we texted our ETA. The breakfast included were vouchers to a bakery called My Bakery, two doors away and it's special! The espresso beverages, pastries and hot cooked breakfast food we had over our 4 days stay was fabulous. There were some slight bit of muffled noise from a restaurant/bar next door. Strangely, you could hear those voices echo in the bathroom but no where else. So, if you close the bathroom door downstairs... I didn't have any trouble falling asleep. (Wear earplugs if you are super sensitive.) There is a tight spiral staircase from the bath downstairs to the bed upstairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you.

Alex, the host is always ready to help and the location is top tier! Bed and pillows very comfortable but as I said at the end it comes all to the owner who is very careful and friendly. When you book it in Booking.com it says it offers the parking space, even when you only filter hotels or B&Bs with parking, but in real life the parking is 6 min away ny walk and you have to pay extra for that. When I first got to know that I was not super happy, but when I saw the location of the B&B it kinda made sense.

Wonderful location. Close to train station, shops, scenic spots and chinese restaurant (cheap & so great). Besides, it has washing machine for free. There is a slight odor in the bathroom drain, but it's fine just by closing the door

Great accommodation in a very good location. Clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, he provided a list of recommended restaurants that are a must try in Florence. Would 100% stay here again when coming back to Florence. Since the window was facing the main street, it got quite loud when opening it.
