The location of the hotel. It is located in the center of the city with access to shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and accommodate the need of guests. Breakfast service was excellent. The room need Iron for ironing the clothes. This is important for the travelers to be independent.

This is perfectly situated hotel in the heart of Florence. It is old-fashioned in the best sense, with a courteous, professional staff and niceties like a turn-down service including slippers (but unfortunately not a chocolate on the pillow). They supplied a bed and bowl for my dog. The breakfast buffet is bountiful. The bed was comfortable and the linens high-quality. The window in my room had two layers of obscured glass, perhaps because the “view” was basically a large air shaft, but the result was that it felt somewhat claustrophobic. The faucet for the bidet was noisy and needed attention.
