Helvetia & Bristol Firenze exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The little touches made our stay especially memorable (from the chocolates left during turndown service to the lovely welcome basket and the stuffed animals waiting for our children). Those unexpected gestures made us feel genuinely welcomed. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every person we encountered was genuinely warm, gracious, and eager to help. They couldn't do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. One staff member even took the time to help me locate a shop where I could purchase a stainless steel water bottle for my daughter. It was such a thoughtful act and perfectly reflected the exceptional level of service we experienced throughout our stay. The hotel also did an exceptional job accommodating families without compromising its sense of luxury and sophistication. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced. An extensive selection of fresh, high-quality offerings. Helvetia & Bristol Firenze strikes the perfect balance between timeless elegance and warm, attentive hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Nothing. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and attentive.

+ outstanding service everywhere + perfectly located in central Florence + exceptional Cibreo restaurant + excellent SPA services + truly old world time travel feeling in Helvetia part - some extras seem overpriced such as airport transfer or if you need to buy swimwear in the SPA - breakfast menu is charging for simple extras like porridge or slices of avocado even if breakfast is included in room rate

I did not have breakfast - though it was included in the price. But some members of my family did, and they said it was very good. Everything else was absolutely perfect. And the location is outstanding. Possibly the room service prices - though I didn't order anything, just saw the prices!

location is decent, staff was very helpful and courteious and well trained. They really mad the effort despite the physical aspects of hotel which are poor. room was very very and very small. Shower was so small that it was hard to turn aound without hitting the walls. two peopkle cannot walk around the bed. Very dark and dungeon type. not enough areas in common area to lounge since room is so small. there is a small lobby which is dark and walls are awful colored. Very unappealing.
