Amazing location!! Clean and comfy. A little hard figuring out how to access the apartment

There were approximately 25 stair to get to the elevator. Going up the stairs with two carryon, was not easy since I was traveling solo. Going down them with luggage was not fun either.

Host is very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It's small but just what I needed. Location is remarkable! Literally could not be better situated.

The staff is super friendly and the location is perfect. It’s in the core area but not very crowded and noisy over night. Beautiful rooms and I got luckily upgraded to the superior room. Lovely room with fulfilling my imagination of Italian styles

Perfect location. Everything is walking distance

Excellent location--the absolute best, not more than a 10 minute walk to almost everything you want to see. Very helpful manager, who responded to a WhatsApp question I had even though it was late in the evening. Lovely views. Very quiet even though it's on a busy street. Check-in is awkward as you must arrange a specific time to meet the manager and CityMapper and other apps were not helpful in finding the location. Lugging a suitcase up a very long staircase to reach the elevator is a struggle. No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. Wifi did not reach my room.

I liked the clean look of the property. I liked how accommodating the residency was to have a parking company come pick up the car and drop it off for a price of €35 per day, not bad when you’re in the heart of Florence and the company is able to take care of any ZTL issues when you drive through them. There were two main things that I did not like about the property that brought down the overall score unfortunately, the air-conditioning wasn’t working, but considering we booked this room in the spring time we had just left the windows open and it was doable. The other major issue was how terrible and horrid the bathroom smelled after taking a shower. I’m not sure if it had something to do with the piping from the shower drain, but that’s definitely where the smell seemed to be coming from.

The property was located perfectly to the Duomo and Local museums. Everything was just around the corner. It was on an upper floor, so quite a few steps to get to first floor, but the elevator was very helpful to get to our floor. Room was spacious and offered lots of light as well as shutters to darken the room fully. Mattress was very comfortable. Very thankful that we could leave our luggage before and after checkout. I would recommend providing wash clothes as only hand and bath towels were available. Not used to having a bidet, felt like it needed a seat. Pillows were not as firm as I am used to, but can’t be negative as there were two for each side.

The water was shut off for 2 days. The residence lied about it being fixed on three separate interactions, so we did not book alternate arrangements. However, they refuse to refund the money for the two nights since we continued to keep our luggage there. Couldn't shower, couldn't brush teeth, eventually the toilet didn't flush, and they refused to refund us. Their justification was that they called a plumber, and that was all they could do. The plumber never fixed the problem! Unlivable conditions without water for 2 nights. Lied about the problem being fixed. Refused to refund the money for those nights. Booking.com also refused to compensate. I can't make sense of this ridiculousness...

The room was very cozy and in an excellent location. The hostess was very helpful, ensuring we had transportation to the airport for an extremely early morning departure. The GPS did not take us to the correct address. This was not a major issue, more of a minor inconvenience.

Location is fine The single room doesn’t have any WiFi, they say there’s a WiFi repeater but doesn’t work. Super noisy, the window catches all the street noise. Room temperature unacceptable. Some dust triggers my allergies in the room. Shower room doesn’t have any shampoo. ….

Good hospitality Only no elevator for the first floor

The location was amazing! A short walk to all the churches, galleries and restaurants. The room was clean and we got daily turn down service that included fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water upon arrival.

Great location and unique old building. Very quiet. A lot of stairs to get to rooms.

I highly recommend this place. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Florence’s central station and 5 minutes from the Duomo, very central to all the main tourist attractions. The room is comfortable, and so is the bathroom. There were always clean towels and everything you need in the bathroom. I really appreciated Francesco’s assistance, he paid attention to every detail to ensure a great stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.
