Beautiful Venice chandelier in the bedroom, incredible location. Simple room, perfect accomadatioj in Venice. Bed was a typical European bed- firm.

I was a little concerned because where you check in is a few blocks away from where the actual room is where you stay, but the reception staff was super helpful. They were able to get me into my place a little bit early, which I greatly appreciated, and the gentleman walked me over to the building I was staying in to show me exactly how to enter the building and get to my room. The location is fantastic, the building is super quiet and the air conditioning was excellent. The room was very new, clean and comfortable. I would absolutely book this again the next time I am in Florence.

The location , the size of the room, the breakfast is excellent (even if it served in another hotel at 5 min) little bit old fashionned decoration

Very clean and comfortable- fit our needs. A bit noisy at night- but still not a big problem

Reception is in a different building, a few blocks away, but does not take long to get there. Wish there was a microwave and a few utensils in the room with the coffee bar.

The accommodations was very good because it was located right in the middle of all the attractions. Restaurants right outside the door as well as all the attractions was within easy walking distance. Supermarket was close and we felt safe and secure in this location. I would come back to this accommodations It was a little inconvenient that the reception was not closer, but self contained apartments and good facilities made it not so bad

The fact that you have to go to another hotel to check in which is a block down and ifyou have luggage its a hassel to then drag at to this location.

We couldn't ask for a better location of the apartment. The view was exactly as advertised and even better in person! The check-in location was very near the actual apartment and this made it very easy. We really appreciated the luggage hold support, and taxi arrangements from the reception. The beds, even the pullout sofa were very comfortable, too.

It was an apartment near to the hotel (2 bloks away) in an apartment. It was a 2nd floor by elevator. We didn’t have breakfast there, neither use the hotel facilities, so it would have been cheaper to book an Airbnb.

The room was specious in the historical building. Perfect location!

Staff were lovely to deal with and escorted us to our accommodation. AC was good.

Great location, right in the heart of the city and super close to all the sites. And the balcony was amazing - loved having my morning tea overlooking the city. Bathroom needed some work. Shower was really weak and towel rail was falling off. Also worth noting that you have to go to another hotel to check in and out. Only 3 mins away but bit annoying with suitcases.

The location was excellent in the centre. It had a lift to the 2nd floor. The bedroom was clean. There were communal tea and coffee making facilities and some biscuits. We were shown the room and the entry system. Great place to stay There was some black mould in the bottom of the shower. The hair dryer was missing. Having to check in at another hotel’s reception that was further from the station made bag handling more difficult.
