The staff, the spa everything was amazing. I love it, and was the best part of being in florance. Nothing it was perfect.

Location, walking distance to every thing. The spa was amazing and serene. The hotel decor is quite luxurious and elegant They charge 20 euros delivery fee for room service. The suites are weird with a bathtub in the living room which has a stove, sink and fridge. The cost to stay here is very expensive and I don’t think it’s worth the price. The hotel is quite small and there’s no dining table to eat in the room. There’s only a coffee table which is very low so you have to eat on your lap. Quite uncomfortable. Laundry service is very expensive.

The location was close and walkable to a lot of sites. Staff was excellent and always friendly. Can’t say there’s much to dislike. There was an incident w card needing to be replaced as it would not work for our a/c or light but was quickly rectified

The staff and the hotel were outstanding! The hotel is beautiful- and has a wonderful vibe! The daily breakfast was amazing. The staff was even so kind to send us on our way with breakfast boxes on our departure day which was very early- I would give this hotel a ten out of ten!

Our stay was brief, but truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, making everything very convenient and enjoyable. What made the experience unforgettable was the warm welcome and kindness of the reception staff. The care and attention given to guests made us feel at home from the very first moment. We would definitely love to come back!

Greetings with cocktail. Ambiance is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and tastefully designed. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom is so beautiful you want to spend more time in. Bathrobes and sleepers very soft and good quality. I will not stay in any hotel anymore after this experience. Location is close to everything ? Loved absolutely everything!
