We liked everything, starting from the reception staff and over welcome, also the rooms and the breakfast was on the second building top roof, was amazing! the toilet was little bit smaller but its ok, However, nothing to complain about seriously,

Location was perfect, staff was great No breakfast at this location. It’s across the street in a diff. Street. No iron in the room, need to request it each time.

Great location, very comfortable bed and shower. Nice lounge and Angel Bar for dinner is wonderful. Breakfast is very expensive and gas little choice beyond croissant sandwich, pastries, no fresh fruit.

I was very disappointed by the cleaning staff. We not only wrote on the paper what we needed ironed for a wedding, but we specifically spoke to our house cleaner and she said she would get it done and we came back to get ready with our beds made and the wrinkled, uncleaned dresses for that night just put back on top. We also kept getting decaf coffee after the first day, when we were clearly drinking the caffeinated. We also did not receive new coffee mugs. For what we paid it was quite shocking

Location is perfect for exploring Florence. Rooms are spacious and well outfitted. A breakfast buffet would be a great addition.

Loved it! Comfortable and exquisite! Food was fantastic. Street noise - suggest earplugs for sleeping. Bit pricy, but high quality so understand.

Early April apparently you can't use air conditioning yet so room never as cool as I prefer to sleep in. Open window would let too much noise in. Not the hotel's fault, obviously but it detracts from the comfort score.
