La Signoria di Firenze

Everything was perfect. So well located and the breakfast on the square was such a nice way to start the day. One of my favorite hotel stays ever. It was just perfect.

The staff was extremely accommodating and even arranged take away breakfast for us for early morning excursions! The location is very convenient as well! Definitely recommend!!

Out of four hotels across Italy for this trip, this hotel was our favorite. The rooms are completely updated and very comfortable and clean. The location cannot be matched— walking distance to everything. The hospitality was great, and they were able to accommodate celiac at breakfast. For those that could eat everything, everyone is our group was raving about the breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We liked everything!

The property was in a perfect location. Easy to get to everything and walking distance from the train station. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful with our needs. Breakfast was delicious and so easy. They even made us a little to go pack on our last morning because we had to leave before breakfast was served.

Great location, just steps from Piazza de la Signoria. Breakfast is off property at Caffe Perseo (inside the plaza), and is great! Rooms were cleaned daily My only issue with this hotel is that it's only staffed 8-11AM daily. We were given a pin code to enter the ground-floor and second-floor entrances and had trouble entering it upon arrival. A fire alarm went off during our stay, and there were no staff to attend to it. We had to leave for a short period, because the sound was too loud. I messaged the staff using WhatsApp, and eventually someone came to turn it off.

Great location, Cafe was wonderful , excellent service, great cappuccino and pastries. Would definitely return. More lighting on the stairs.?

So clean, great & easy location, & the staff was so kind, hospitable, & lovely. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Had more space too than we expected which was a great bonus. Water temp was consistent, a rare find for us while we were traveling. Easy breakfasts made things convenient too, that cafe is so lovely. Cannot think of anything we wanted that they didn’t already provide.

Property was close to everything. Breakfast was a few minutes walk and it was very good and staff was great. Comfy bed and pillows. B&B was up a few flights of stairs which is common in Europe. Washroom could use a little shelf or table to lay our toiletries on.

Excellent host! Beautiful space and amazing breakfast in a great location. The owner went above and beyond to take care of us. He even packed a wonderful breakfast with coffee to go on a morning that we didn’t have time for a sit down breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at B&B La Signoria Di Firenze for two nights and really enjoyed our time there overall. The biggest advantage of this property is its incredible location right in the heart of Florence, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, shops, and beautiful historic streets. It made exploring the city extremely easy and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was some outside noise during the night, which is somewhat expected given the central location and lively atmosphere of the area. Even with that, we would still recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay while visiting Florence. this little B and B is great. Wonderful location near the Uffizi Gallery, Signoria Piazza, Arno River. I had a single so the room was small - as to be expected, but had everything needed- Fridge, Safe, Hair Dryer, etc. Felt very safe. Bed was firm - fine for me, but others might find it a bit hard. Breakfast was AMAZING! just a 1/2 block away at a restaurant. I was treated so nicely. I will stay here again!

Wonderful service, especially breakfast right on the square. The owner and staff introduced themselves and recognized us everytime we came into the cafe for a coffee or water. Easy to contact if you need anything. Very charming room and lobby area! Hard to sleep since the location is directly in the middle of the city and there are tourists up at all hours of the night. All the rooms face the street, not the hotel's fault it's super noisy in the area, just something to be aware of. Also the city doesn't allow air conditioning until May, given that we went the last week of April it was quite warm so we needed to keep the window open and couldn't shut out any outside noise.

Antonella and the owner Gianpiero were wonderful hosts. Extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is excellent, right in the center, with all major attractions within a short walking distance. Breakfast was served at Caffe Perseo, located in Piazza della Signoria, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The coffee was excellent, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Florence. Nothing

The location was in a very central piazza. It was a little loud at night but that is to be expected in the middle of a city.
