The location was amazing, just off the Piazza della Signoria. The room was spacious, light, clean, well air conditioned and had a coffee machine. The owners were super friendly and helpful and communicated brilliantly.

The location is excellent and it’s only a few minutes walk to Florence’s most significant places! It is an old building so if someone’s looking for a fancy place, this is not it.

The location was very good, and the staff was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I truly recommend this place to stay The room didn't have a frigobar, and we need to share a frigobar with all the rooms from the hotel, then became really difficult if you want to buy something that needs to keep cooler.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the location is right within the center, the room was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet and restful The Google maps direction leaves you in the neighborhood and not exactly at the location

+ I may have never stayed in a hotel which was so close to all attractions. It’s in middle of old down, 5-10 minutes walk to any attraction. I returned to the room several times to rest after the heatwave in Of the summer. Air conditioning was brilliant and much needed. + shared bathroom was great - always clean and never occupied when I needed it. + bed was comfortable. + staff were friendly. + sink in bathroom was great. - there is an elevator to the 4th floor, but some people don’t know how to operate it. If someone doesn’t close the doors properly then the elevator will not function. There are plenty of signs showing how to do this.

Super central! Nice high up from the street on the 4th floor. Comfortable room with airco and bathroom. A bit noisy, I heared a lot of sounds from rooms and lobby next to me.

The location really is excellent. Right in the heart of it but I couldn’t hear a thing once I was in my room. The size of the room and bathroom was large. The staff were lovely and I really enjoyed my stay
