Breaking could have more variety but quality was amazing

Location was amazing! Beds were very hard and no covers, only sheets. The shower had great pressure. The breakfast was great and gave a good start to to out day.

Wifi not working well, the single room has no window

The entrance to the facility is not very pleasant. Getting up the stairs for travelers with any mobility issues would be a problem.

Stairs were tricky, but manageable.

The most amazing location - you are near all the main sights. Everything easy to walk to. You just come out the front door and are straight into the lovely daily hubbub of Florence. There was live music regularly in nearby streets to enjoy as you walked home each night. Just wonderful. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Great location

The location was right in the heart of Florence so you could walk to everything. The room was very spacious and comfortable with 2 big windows overlooking the area. The staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful…Especially the woman (can’t remember her name) who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms. She was lovely and always wanting to make sure we were comfortable. The area is very loud so it may not suit everyone but the windows and shutters block out 90% of the noise at night so you can sleep.

Really nothing to put here! Have been traveling around Europe for months (read: lots of hotel stays) - this is one of the best places we have stayed in.

Downtown location is unbeatable. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Room didn‘t have a proper window, just frosted glass panes into a tiny, dark inner courtyard. Was locked out from 12:30AM to 6:15AM because keycard fell out of my pocket. Was finally let in by guests leaving. Contact number was turned off. Doorbell wasn‘t answered. Then asked to pay for a new card. This is unacceptable.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. It is a great location and I highly recommend it for this. The room was vaulted and pretty. The bed was ok, didn’t sleep the best on it. That could be getting older and needing a firmer mattress. Bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was ok and allergies made it not so great. My husband is gluten free. We ended up eating out the second morning for breakfast. I really wish they didn’t lock up the kitchen or at least silverware. We ended up using espresso spoons when our delivery didn’t bring us any. My husband flew in to meet up with me and was exhausted, so we ordered in. It was also very hard for him to find, since it was his first time to Florence.

Centrally located in the center of Firenze. Cold a/c. Good size shower and bathroom. Manager was a nice young man. Not a true hotel. It is an apartment. Steep stairs to unit. Breakfast was poor. Cleaning person was kind of rude rushing/standing over us exactly at 10:00 (when she saw that we were packing and 4/5 minutes from being finished). Was a sour way to wrap up our stay.
