The people working here are super respectful. Morning breakfasts were perfect, rooms are beautiful and kept very clean N/A

The manager was very friendly & helpful. The location is central to so many historic places. It was immaculate & beautifully decorated.

Too many stairs

The location is exceptional— minutes away from key tourist sites. You can walk everywhere from the hotel.

Very good location, close to a lot. Very clean property. Completely out of our control but no elevators so if your luggage is heavy it will be tough

Elegant furnishings of amazing old apartment. Antonio really tried to help get us a taxi and finally just pulled my husband’s heavy bag for him to closest taxi stand. MUCH appreciated. The stairs! Heavy suitcases very hard for older travelers. Also didn’t know street noise would be so loud. But location close to a lot.

Everything Nothing

The location couldn’t have been better! And the room was lovely to return to. The hosts both at breakfast and throughout the day were available and eager to help answer questions. Nothing!

Antonio was a great employee and made us feel very welcome each morning for breakfast! He even helped us take our luggage to the street when we were leaving.

The location is excellent, right in the center and close to everything. The property is very charming and cozy. Special thanks to Henda, who was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. The stairs can be a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage, but it wasn’t a big issue.

This location was prime! We were nestled right on retail row. Close to many shops and action but far enough from the late night life to be able to enjoy some quiet sleep. Close proximity to all the sites as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. I want to highlight the provided breakfast. Each morning we were greeted and waited on by a woman named Hinda. Hinda was sweet and personable. Daniel also offered great communication. Caution: there is no lift and there was 4 flights of stairs Our trip was in July and it was high 90’s throughout the day. The in room air conditioning was underwhelming and the bathroom was awfully stuffy. This part was unfortunate.

It was a great location and was easy to walk around to all the tourist places. Nothing!

Literally only steps off of one of the main piazzas in Firenze, Daniel and Antonio made our stay even more perfect. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable. The room itself was immaculately restored and up to date with modern amenities, yet the exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling indicate the age of the building in a charming way. Bed was very comfortable, room was perfectly quiet despite the proximity to very busy shopping and cultural landmarks. A keycard was used to access all doors including our room which made getting in and out easy. Check-in was flexible and though we arrived early, our hosts graciously allowed us to drop our bags to explore until our room was prepared. Nothing at all, but the building does not have an elevator and is located on the third floor so be aware that one will need to climb steps to access.

The breakfast and hospitality were amazing. The location was also unbeatable!

Customer service was excellent. We had a small problem with our room and they immediately gave us a brand new room while the original room was repaired.

Samuel and Antonio are valuable assets to this property and added a special touch to our stay. I would definitely stay there again in the future The stairs are definitely something to be aware of!

The location was perfect! Restaurants, shopping, museums, and so much more all within walking distance; just steps away. And the staff.... wow!! .Antonio and Samuel were fantastic! Every morning Antonio served us a delicious breakfast. And Samuel was so helpful. Both were excellent hosts!
