Great location, difficult to find. Great for larger families. The air conditioning did not cool enough in the hot summer. Otherwise, a good apartment.

The hotel looked new and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room for Europe. The staff were exceptional. They were so friendly and accommodating to any requests. The location was very central. I was initially concerned about noise staying in the city center, but we had no issues at all with any disturbances during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! What an amazing location!! The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is centrally located to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff was exceptional as well! The gentleman that checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence! NOTHING! Everything was exceptional!

The location was amazing it was 3 minute walk from the duomo and had amazing food all around. The rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptional. I can’t recommend this hotel more it was awesome!

Location ideal to walk and visit any place. Staff is very friendly and helpful . Room cleaned daily as soon as you leave. Breakfast is served fresh with many choices.

We were totally wowed with this property! It was by far the finest of all of the apartments that we rented in Italy. It was spacious, recently renovated, and beautifully decorated. Truly elegant! Ceilings had to have been 20 feet high. Kitchen had top of the line everything, including cookware. Master suite had a separate area with a full-size sofa. Master bath was marble, with a claw-foot tub and rain shower (separate from the tub). There were color-changing lights behind the tub! Nick, our concierge, was available for all of our needs. I think there are only 6 apartments in the building. It was within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go in Florence. An added bonus was an awesome sandwich shop just outside the main door. You cannot go wrong with this property! We didn’t want to leave! Absolutely nothing. We loved this property. It is huge, elegant, and right in the center of town.

The location was perfect and the accomodations were fantastic! Easy check in and check out process. It was also very close to all of the places you would want to see in Florence. Every place was walkable including the train station. Nothing

Spotless, beautiful, LOVELY place to stay in a perfect location to all the best sites you want to visit! The staff here was unmatched. The facilities were so clean and of all the 6 places we stayed in Italy (and most of them were so great) this one was the very best! We will absolutely be visiting this place again!! The only thing we would have liked more was the WiFi - but we had issues in almost every part of Florence there was so we can’t really fault anyone for that
