Really close to main attractions. Our bathroom door handle was broken and no table to put our stuff, everything was on the floor. Not too clean.

We loved the common space of this property! The coffee machine was so helpful. The front desk was so accommodating with luggage storage. We loved our stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Very spacious kitchen and living room area. Great location, very central and easy to get to all the attractions in walking distance. It’s hard to move heavy luggage because there is no elevators in the building and we have to struggle with our luggage through a few flights of stairs to get to the hotel room.

The location is perfect! The room where we stayed was very quiet and comfortable. You have everything you need. There's an electric cloth dryer that was live saving.

Rita is lovely! Love her concept of having clothing & accessories available to borrow or purchase. I traveled with two other friends, 3 twin beds. Accommodations were comfortable enough for our short visit. I would definitely stay again! We didn’t receive clean towels everyday. Having so many people in the room it was a little chaotic trying to keep track of our towels.

The best b&b I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so kind, the location was perfect, room was spacious/comfortable, and the amenities were great as well. Definitely recommend for visiting Florence Nothing!

Amazing location in the heart of the city, clean and cozy place with big shared living room and kitchen. Didn't mind the external bathroom. Our room was very small and AC didn't work. It was extremely hot and there was some kind of a moldy smell.
