The front desk staff was exceptional and without question made our stay in Florence better. The rooms are modest though appropriate for the price. The rooms and facilities are kept clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the location was incredible. The room was fairly big and had comfortable beds. Would come back for the location. The air conditioning unit gave off a bad smell that we couldn't get rid of.

The location of the property was excellent, just a few minutes (like two or three!) walk to the Duomo and easy to find. The staff was Excellent- friendly and warm, very helpful, very welcoming. Each time we came back after a hot day of sightseeing, we felt like we were being greeted by people who know the true meaning of hospitality. I also appreciated having a tub to take a soak, which was not a feature at any other properties that we stayed at during our trip, and it was nice to have that at least once while traveling. Everything was perfectly clean and lovely. And the price kept us on budget! We tried the breakfast one day and that was excellent. Shout out to Karema who welcomed us in and brought us eggs and sausages- her smile lit up the morning! Just a note that the lighting in the bathroom is a little dark and the entrance into the shower could be a little tight if you are on the taller or broader side. I am short at 5’1” and I wondered how anyone larger than me could get in there. The mini fridge didn’t keep things very cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature.

The location was perfect. Really close to everything. Not a great choice for breakfast, no tea and coffee making facilities. Shower was not clean, lots of mold on shower. Ants under the fridge.

I really liked great conversations with staff members! They were really helpful with all questions. This place was fantastic, there is nothing I would change.

Location was great in the heart of the center everything was like 10 minutes walk I don't know about the other rooms I think they're different but mine was very tight and exactly wall to wall by the left slightly annoying

Great location? Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly The tub in the room was crazy! I almost needed a step ladder to get in. And the AC was not cool enough.
