This boutique hotel was perfect! It was clean, spacious, great location, and the staff was so nice and accommodating.

Having to go up one flight of stairs with heavy suitcases

Nothing meet any acceptable level of service. Luckily we stayed only one hard day. Elevator to from the ground floor we had to carry our luggage to first floor then by slow motion elevator to 3rd floor. Bed sheets were dusty and the main surprise that the room is not like the photos. By this quality the price should be much less.

Clean, wonderful staff, comfortable beds, beautifully redone bathrooms and the location is fantastic! Nothing

The location can’t be beat. Everything we wanted to see was within a 10 minute walk. We loved our stay at the Boutique Hotel Del Corso!

The location was excellent! We were 4 and the room was very spacious. We had no shortage of space. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was a great size too. Staff was friendly and always willing to help and give suggestions or help with anything.

Great location, suite was large, very clean and comfortable.

Location! Claudia at Reception! Bathroom was large and well-equipped, great shower. Comfortable bed. Wireless network didn’t work in my section of the hotel. VERY inconvenient.

Second time staying here and the location is FABULOUS. In the heart of the duomo area without the largest crowds in the main streets. Beautiful old building with charm and character. Wish there was a lift from ground up. As A notorious overpacker, getting my luggage up to the area of the lift is a challenge.

Location is the best! Old type building

Location was excellent. Literally a 5 min walk to the main square (Cathedral of Santa Maria) and the Ponte Vecchio. While the posting suggests the elevator is accessible after 30 steps be warned that it is a very steep stair case to drag your luggage. Unfortunately our stay was not comfortable at all. The bed was ridiculously hard - I felt like I was sleeping on plywood & the pillows were nothing more than foam rubber covered with a case. Just awful. The bathroom, while on the surface looked fine be aware that it was poorly thought out. The shower is an elevated platform without a lip at the edge which meant most of the water flowed out of the shower flooding the bathroom. You can tell this has repeatedly occurred as the wooden floors were obviously warped from repeated flooding. This hotel needs some significant work before I would stay again.

The only negative was that we had to walk many stairs before using the elevator. But, we managed!

The stairs were tough. We had large, heavy bags and it was tough the first few flights.

The room was perfect, spacious and clean. The only downside is having to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor to get to the elevator.
