The property is in an excellent central position. The staff on the front desk are particularly helpful and our room requests had been taken care of perfectly. There is a great rooftop bar . The aircon in the room only worked on 15 degrees. If we had been there more than one night we would’ve asked for it to be taken care of but we didn’t try. Not enough electric sockets

Beautiful hotel, great location, rooms are spacious, clean, AC worked well, large updated bathrooms, mini fridge, complimentary water bottles as well as a bottle of chianti. Rooms had all amenities you would expect in a 4 star hotel.

To be a fancy and expensive hotel, they should have better beds. The experience of sleeping on a super HARD AND FIRM MATTRESS bed makes your experience absolutely horrible after you spend all day in a beautiful city, walking and sightseeing. The Renaissance time is over, and it's time to upgrade the beds

Everything! It felt so fancy! We had a family room which was perfect for 2 teenagers, a preteen and my husband and myself. It was clean and was just so pretty! The breakfast was delicious. Everything was great

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the main tourist attractions. The lobby is lovely, and everything is clean and well-organized. Breakfast was delicious and very complete, and the staff was polite and helpful. The rooftop offers an amazing view! The room is small, especially with two twin beds, but typical for the city. I was on the second floor, with a few steps in the corridor, so it may not be fully accessible for everyone.

Location, staff were exceptional, breakfast was really good, big rooms, and the rooftop bar. They need to upgrade their safe. I have to ask multiple times for the staff to reset it because the code never worked. I ended up not using it. Also, I asked the hotel staff for a hotel doctor for my husband, she did call for one but forgot to mention that the doctor wants cash payment only.
