Vincenzo was absolutely amazing, he gave us such great recommendations when we checked in and was so kind. The location was unbeatable. Without an AC it was a little uncomfortable during the heatwave, but with a fan it was completely doable, so Much better than we anticipated

Quiet, clean, and huge room along with friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for walking around the city. With shared bathrooms, naturally sometimes there was a wait to get in.

A dream to stay in such a beautiful and historically significant building in the best location

Loved that it was in the heart of town. The shared bathroom for the entire floor. Some guests were disgusting leaving feces in the toilet and wet muddy floors after they showered. Once they left, the rest of the guests were considerate.

Also each am having drinks such as steamed milk and espresso is a huge bonus! Only point i would take off is the 4 flight of stairs without any elevator, but its 500 years old building so they wouldn't add anything else. Going in or out, note the door is automatic so dont try to push or force your way in or out. Again, long flights of stairs.

The room was absolutely stunning There are so many stairs
-
Not informed that no en suite toilet. Only one toilet to share with 3 other rooms.

It's really well situated. We had a view, from our room, directly on the Duomo. And the Hotel is in the old Medecis building, so really impressive. The personnel are nice and give really good advice on where to eat and visit>

The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything in Firenze, right outside of the property there are places to eat, shopping and laundry mat. The room is very spacious, unfortunately there was a lot of noise, the windows from our room where heading to the main patio of the building and was echoing every little single noise specially the automatic main door, that was very uncomfortable. The hotel is on the second floor so you need to jump like 60 steps, if you have heavy luggage you would want to kill yourself going upstairs. Fortunately Vicenzio was super kind and helpful with our luggage and every instruction, a very welcoming person (the rest of the staff wasn’t). We had a very unpleasant experience with the rest of the staff, when it was time to check out they were knocking on the door very loud because we passed for 3 min. The person looked stressed and unhappy. The property felt humid and hot, even outside wasn’t very hot, the shared bathroom was weird in a big property.

Location and cleaness More than 80 stairs to have access to the property. No information about the stairs

Beautiful building in the middle of the town. Great location No stairs but understandable

The coffee machine broke. But that's not their fault.

So beautiful, quiet at night, great, helpful staff.

I found a spider in my bed.

Very cute building and rooms. Shared bathroom was very clean and felt updated. Sink in the room also made the shared bathroom easy. Facilities were very nice and staff was very kind.

The hotel was very central and it was easy to reach the sites we were wanting to see by walking. The hotel itself is renovated from an old palazzo which made us feel as though we got to experience some of the history. The host, Vincento, was also very welcoming and was available yo help when we had questions. The free cappuccino in the morning was also a nice addition.

Great location, ammenities provided (included already with the room), really nice staff. The shared bathroom floor was wet due to a previous guest showering and not cleaning up

I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s stunningly beautiful, right in the center of town, a great price, and friend staff! I loved it so much!
