The property was nice and clean. Everything was good. We was closed to everything around across the street a beautiful, nice café delicious coffee. I recommend a coffee. It is across the street from the property. Everything was good. I have no complaint. The property was clean very quiet no complain complaining about it.

Our room couldn't be properly ventilated; shower only has "rain" option; the room needs repainting, one plug just fell when I unplugged my phone and about the bathroom... check the pictures.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent location.

The room is pretty and nicely decorated in a beautiful building. It is well placed. The staff on whatsapp were friendly and helpful. If we'd been able to sleep it would have been perfect. The hotel is next to an industrial laundromat and the machines went all night long, none of us slept. I am not exaggerating. I informed the team that the laundry went all night and they said they didn't realise this happened. I rarely complain, but I take a hotel to sleep - and it wasn't possible.

Everything was perfect, the location, the house itself. It was clean and the host was responsive. Definitely worth it!

Great location in Florence, walking distance from many of the main attractions such as Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and the Duomo, amazing Cafe across the street, Market a few doors down, and several pharmacies nearby. Also, there is a secure parking garage nearby. I have stayed here twice before (May 2024 & Aug/Sept 2024) and both previous times had a 5-star great experience, so I had no hesitation when staying here again, especially since A/C and wifi are part of their amenities..... Unfortunately, this time our stay was pretty miserable. We found out a few days before our arrival that the location of the office to check in and pick up keys had moved, not a major deal, but an inconvenience when trying to adjust our transport from the airport. We noticed two issues when we got to our room. The first one was that the "welcome paper" was missing from our room, so we didn't have the wifi information. I contacted the property several times to request the wifi information and was told only "it's on the paper in your room", and when I informed them that there was no paper anywhere in the room, I checked drawers, cabinets, closet, etc, there was no response to multiple requests for the wifi info during our stay. The second issue, which was the major one, was that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I sent a photo of the remote, followed their instructions, turned it on/off, etc, and no matter what we did, it would only blow on the equivalent of a low fan speed, regardless of what speed the fan was set on, and there was no cool air. I called and explained to them that it's 95+ degrees outside, it's over 78 degrees inside, and asked if they could do something because the room was unbearably hot. After numerous calls/texts and several promises to contact maintenance nothing was ever done, and we are thankful that it was only a 2 night stay because the temperature in the room made it impossible to sleep or do anything. Also the bathrooms could use a little more work, with the lack of ventilation there seems to be constant humidity and it doesn't get cleaned well enough to get rid of all of the mildew in/around the shower area.

Overall location, room, cleanliness etc were perfect Mattress and pillow a bit uncomfortable

Very comfortable room in a fabulous historic building which is a short walk from all the major attractions. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower great. There are a few steps to the rooms which are obviously old so you have to be a little careful but as long as you turn on the lights you’ll be ok. I’ve read in some of the previous reviews that it’s noisy, I wouldn’t say it was at all, however, if you’re a very light sleeper take ear plugs. My only very minor complaint (and it is very minor) is that our room could have had some drinking glasses (even plastic ones) and a couple more coffee mugs (see very minor!) it’s not 5 star but we had a very comfortable stay at this quaint historic building. Lastly I must mention the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location in the core of the old town. The walls need to be repainted, as there are too many stains.
