We loved absolutely everything! The Palazzo and our apartment ( number 22) were gorgeous. Opening the curtain in the morning and seeing the Duomo was breathtaking. Most importantly, the level of service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our stay. I cannot say enough things about this incredible place! We loved absolutely everything!

Breakfast was very nice. A great selection to choose from an alacarte menu. We did miss the European buffet spread that so many hotels offer. Beyond the hotels control, there was a lot of noise overnight. Not sure where the revealers were coming from but they spent a lot of time yelling in the street outside our room. As late as 5:00 am?

The rooms, especially the historical suites, are absolutely stunning! The food in the restaurant was great, too. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They provided us with complimentary room upgrades and a birthday cake, which we hadn’t even asked for. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel, thanks to the care and hospitality of each employee. The WiFi connection was unstable and weak in the rooms.

Absolutely unforgettable stay! The service was impeccable - every staff member was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly special. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which is by far the most beautiful room I’ve ever seen - spacious, elegant, and breathtaking. As a surprise for my birthday, they even left a gorgeous bouquet in the room. Every detail was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Everyone genuinely treats you like you have saved the world and they have made plays and feature films about you. Combine this with the luxury of the hotel and the incredible location to step right into history, and it all feels like a dream. Truly a stay to remember.
