It is gorgeous inside. Everything is new and well appointed. Comfy beds including the sofa bed! If you have a car, it is very hard to get to

Perfect stay. First class service and facilities. Rooms are amazing, we had a view of the Duomo from 2 rooms. We were high up so views of Florence from 270 degrees. Room finish is very high end. Palatial bathrooms. Had a small hidden kitchenette, which was great for the kids. 1 minute walk to everything, Uffizi, Duomo, restaurants. Can't say enough good things. One small item, tv's did not support streaming.

Location and luxury. No lobby but everything you needed. No bar or restaurant but you can buy and bring back at local wine shops.

The location, the suite was very comfortable , staff were very kind and their complementary pastries were exceptional If the elevator is not working it is not really easy to go up the tower to your suite the stairs are very narrow and small steps for those who required assistance it will be difficult

The preservation of the historical structure and the central location of the hotel. Not having a dedicated bar.

The property was spectacular. Very modern appointments and furnishings incorporated into an old Tuscan building - great renovation. Location was perfect- in the heart of the city, but off of main thoroughfare. Sylvia and her team were most gracious and helpful. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and very welcoming There is no lobby it’s just a desk There is no where downstairs to really hang out and wait for people to come meet you The security door needs waving in or card at basically all times of the day

We wanted to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi, but on the first night the jacuzzi was weak. The next day, we asked them to fix it, but when we came back, it was even worse than before — almost not working and with no heat.

Breakfast was not included. Otherwise, the Hotel's location could not be better. Steps away from Florence Cathedral and walking distance to most all other attractions in Florence, but tucked nicely away in a little Plaza away from the hustle and bustle of this touristy city. The room was huge and included everything for a relaxed Spa Experience, including a Hot Tub and Sauna. The room even had a fully stocked Kitchenette, if you want to buy food and prepare it yourself. The Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would stay in this Hotel again. An extra benefit is the Hotel is located in a historic very old Tower in Florence. A little dificult to reach if you do not know the city well. But that is par for the course for all of the other benefits you get by staying in this Hotel. Did not have a chance to see the Tower Roof Terrace becasue of our short stay, but according to the Hotel's Staff the views are magnificent.
