The room was huge and comfortable (the bathroom was larger than some European hotel rooms). The staff was wonderful, especially Giorgio. Breakfast was very good. There was nothing not to like.

You cannot beat the location. Just steps away from the Duomo and the main shopping street. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and they had a good breakfast included. Other than a small bathroom every thing was great. Small bathroom.

Great location! Right in between the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. My room had a window to a side street, so I did hear the trash/cleaning trucks early in the mornings. Street noise doesn't really bother me, but sharing becuase that may be an issue for some. Breakfast was fine. Great service! Will definitly stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Florence!

This was the perfect location for our Florence visit. It was very close to the city center and the train station. The room was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful.

It was the perfect location. The staff were all brilliant. Special mention to Sabrina, who was always helpful and cheerful. Will definitely come back.

It was close to everything. It was so incredibly busy, I would not stay there again for that reason as well as the staff is quite stand offish. My employee sprained her ankle badly going down their stairs. They were not helpful at all.. Had to beg for ice to put on her ankle. It is just not a customer service oriented hotel, which can be frustrating to say the least.

The location is a win-win, right in the heart of Florence, walkable distance to all the attractions, the room was pretty spacious, clean and very comfortable, they have elevator ?
