Rooms were beautifully stylish, very well appointed and spacious. Staff there when needed but it feels very private. A mirror outside the bathroom would also be useful when the bathroom is occupied.

Very clean, spacious, and modern feel that is uncommon with most European hotels. Staff were amazing and friendly and the room was very satisfactory. Would recommend.

The location is super, the check in was quick and the staff were very helpful in recommending and making reservations at really good restaurants. The air conditioner didn’t chill the room at night. Got a bit warm.

Let's start with the staff. Every time we've stayed here Manuela has been great! Helpful suggestions, always smiling and very accommodating. The location is easy to get to and close to the historic center. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. If we're in Florence and we have a choice, this is where we're staying. What I don't like is that good reviews mean more guests stay there. It's a great place and I want them to be successful. But, selfishly I'd prefer if we could keep it to ourselves.

Cleanliness & Arrival: The hotel and our room were spotless. We were especially happy that the room was ready exactly on time, making our check-in smooth and easy. Location & Atmosphere: The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything but surprisingly quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise, which made for a very peaceful stay. The Staff: The entire team was amazing and professional. A special thanks to the lovely Emanuela, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. This is truly a winning place in Florence. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and perfectly located spot with top-notch service, this is it!

The Location it's amazing, and the room was bug and comfy, the bed was very comfy The cleaning hours, 'cuse they said certain hours and we left the hotel, we arrived at the last hour of cleaning and our room wasn't made
