Great stay. Good location. Comfortable/clean rooms.

the hotel do nothing during the power outage in a heat wave without running water, when I ask how my two kids going to survive the night, they said you can leave your door open as the hallway is cooler.

Hotel Unicorno is excellently located near many popular attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended and thank you for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was good and location perfect. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Water cooler ++++. Great room - family size. The bathroom is small and the shower door was too short so water would get all over the bathroom floor. This did not have an effect on our overall enjoyment. We would stay here again!
-
Perfect place to stay - off the main stretch just enough to feel quiet but close enough to feel like you are close to it all. I loved the room and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was really good! Great location. Large, clean, rooms with excellent bathrooms!! I have a new knee so stairs are a bit rough - especially with suitcases. Also, because I need to stretch my knee, I paid for a double bed but got 2 twin beds and, though next to each other, they were made up separately and wouldn’t stay together/kept splitting apart.

Great location, excellent staff.

Nothing.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming! My room could use a coat of paint done well. The colors were ok, but the paint job was old and done poorly.
-
The location id great Too expensive for quality. Have to haul luggage up a stairway to access the elevator, and more stairs in hallways. Rooms are dark and small. You can’t adjust the room temperature. No coffee maker. Very slippery dangerous tub/shower.

The location was the main draw for this hotel. We wanted to be close to the train station and a main piazza that didn't take too much hassle to get to with our luggage. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was great as well with plenty of space and amenities. The breakfast buffet was nice as well with a decent selection of classic italian breakfast options. There was air conditioning, but there was no way to control it, so it was a little warm for our preference, but manageable. We tried opening one of the windows which helped a lot with the temperature, but unfortunately let in quite a few bugs which was not ideal.

The room was spotless! We enjoyed the variety of items at breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a gem - the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was appreciated - although some variety in the hot dish would have been nice - the location was fantastic. About halfway between the train station and the Arno river. Lots of great restaurants. We walked everywhere from this location - and took the bus to Piazza Michelangelo and walked down. A darling little caffe right next door where we frequently had lunch. There was a good variety at breakfast, but every day it was scrambled eggs. We were there for two separate stays, one four nights and one five nights. Some variation in the hot dish would have been nice.,

Small. Tight clean room. 15 min walk to train station Nice breakfast Strong perfume scent in the room was bothersome
