Residenza Conte di Cavour & Rooftop

Shower faucets were not finished. The faucet was just a rusty screw.

The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures. The bathroom was minuscule and nothing like the pictures. The shower malfunctioned and was semi clogged. There was no shelf in the shower and no extra outlets for anything. We had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge our phones and the mini fridge to use the espresso machine.

Perfect location. Staff was amazing. Amazing air conditioning and rooftop is nice.

A little hard to find at first and entering the building. Be sure to read the reservation information carefully and thoroughly. All the information is in there.

The little rooftop was beautiful. The safety was great. I did not understand that the bed was on a loft and the stairs up to it were narrow, but it was a cool experience. Would stay again.

We loved how comfy the bed was and house close we were to the Duomo! The room was a bit small and we had large suitcases so it felt a little cramped.

Pretty good and convenient location When we checked out, they charged the drink each €2, the price is ok, but at least should informed us before we check in. Not in the end.

The 1st night our a/c leaked large amounts of water until they promptly fixed it the next morning. Anthony, the manager compensated us for our trouble which was very my appreciated. Dark staircase at one section. Small room . Toiletries included!

Location! Cold AC and spacious room/bathroom. Water and coffee were nice touch too. Staff was very hospitable. Thin walls but not much movement between 11pm and 8am so slept fine.

Location was good and close to transportation

Great location clean rooms and very friendly staff. We especially enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay

The bathroom is tiny tiny, very small by anyone’s standards. Just be aware of this before booking.

Dark entry

Staff was amazing. Because we drove a car, the check-in process was a bit difficult--there's nowhere to park and you're in the ZTL. The staff helped us park as best as we could and then hauled our luggage from the check-in location to our room down the street (we had to check-in at their main hotel, not at our apartment). Whenever we had issues with the room, such as the A/C, they promptly fixed the problem. All staff members were very friendly, spoke English, and worked hard to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Tile floor in the bathroom is very slick. Shower is very small. It's tough to open the windows. Getting a car to/from the location and parking it--even just for a few minutes to unload/load--is difficult.

The location was amazing!! 3 minute walk to the David! 10 minute walk to everything else. Absolutely amazing location! If you come past 3 pm just know you don’t get to check in there it’s a different place a little ways away. It was not super clean but it could have been way worse. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Bathroom was a little dirty and the rooms are small of course!
