Everything was excellent. The breakfast was very complete, with plenty of options, and the hotel and room were both very clean and comfortable. The staff were also exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we had a excellent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff Great location, easy walking distance to the Duomo, even with small children in tow. Good breakfast and great drinks options. The free ice lollies by Reception were very much appreciated! As was the air con. It could benefit from a soft headboard for the bed. The bar could be open longer. It was only open from 5.30-8.30pm or something similar.

Great location. Big modern room. Drinks in our room to welcome us was nice. Loved that the kids had separate beds. Amazing interior to the hotel. Great breakfast and lovely breakfast room. The shower was in the room. Meant the room smelt damp not to mention a lack of privacy. The first floor also smelt a bit of drains in the corridor but not enough to stop us staying again. The rooms can be a little noisy of scraping chairs and flushing loos from above/next door. But all in all I would still recommend it.

Peaceful, solidly-built building on a relatively quiet road, not far from main tourist area. Pleasant breakfast room overlooking inner garden. Excellent breakfast. The bathroom had an inner clear glass door to the toilet. It was easy to forget that the glass door was there, which I did, smashing into it with my head on one occasion. I was shocked, shaken, bruised and cut. The glass door itself was not damaged but its top hinge was ripped out of the plaster. This door, and any others like it in the hotel needs to be replaced with one which has some frosted glass or a warning label at the very least.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, friendly staff. The amenities in the room were very convenient and make the stay comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and left us a hand written note and a bottle of Brut for our honeymoon! (Such a sweet touch, thank you). Drinks at the bar every night was great with Alessandro. Very friendly company to chat with. We will come back again on our next trip to Florence! Pillows were a little flat, would probably ask for extra for the stay.

Florence was going through a bit of a heat wave when we arrived but the moment you stepped through the door the temperature was perfect they even had free ice lolly’s at reception, friendly helpful staff great breakfast, immaculate room It’s hard to find anything negative to say about this hotel in fact I can’t and I’m not saying this lightly
