good breakfast (not typical Italian “coffee and a croissant) with meats/cheese/cereal/pastries/juice and great coffee machine. Airconditioning in room was amazing! Friendly staff Rooms are well worn (but tidy) no inroom safe, entrance is not appealing from street (and the fromt door was broken) then have to go up a flight of stairs to ‘lobby’ (only manned from 08:00-20:00 else have to check in at ‘sister’ hotel veneto (which was in much better condition)

Good location, excellent customer service, hotel manager Shahzaib is very nice, and helped a lot. Room is small, sewer smell, had mosquitoes in room.

The location to some main tourist attractions was good. They offered a good breakfast It was further from the train station then I realised and the wifi was not very good in the room but ok if standing in the reception area

Location is great! The staff is welcoming. Breakfast was included- which was perfect, as I was there for training and it saved me time in the morning It’s a bit pricey, but that’s Florence near Duomo

The only downside was that there was no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage you need to carry it up about 20 steps — my suitcase handle even broke unfortunately.

The area may seem odd, but it’s fantastic. You are close to everything, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Don't judge the hotel by the street; it is safe to walk around at any hour. It does not have a lift and the stairs are longggg

Good breakfast and good location. The room wasn’t properly clean, the toilet lid was broken, and the room had a lot of mosquitos and humidity insects. We found some insects smashed behind the bathroom door.

They requested extra money for the bed for 5th person even though the reservation is for 5 people. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Internet was weak in the room.

Location and Man at reception very helpful and friendly. The bathroom is quite old and when you wash it turns into a pool.

Near in the tourist attraction. Friendly staff. The property had a common kitchen. Slow wifi connection. Little room for 4 person. Noisy outside. Had only single & queen bed for 4 person.
