The room is small but comfortable, and having a sink in the room is a nice convenience. The restroom and shower are shared, but they were clean during my stay. A sink in the shared shower area has a rather bold color and pattern choice—it certainly caught my attention! The location is great, with most major attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. The main downsides were the unpleasant odor in the hallway and around the reception area—it occasionally smelled like vomit or strong cheese—and the room key, which could be tricky to use. It sometimes took a few attempts to unlock the door.

The location. The room had a window that opened. It was so frustrating to check in. Very poor communication. The check in area smelled like rotten cheese. The beds were awful. I could feel every spring.

Small bathroom

Hotel is horrible, no staff in the hotel, so if you have any problems you don’t know who you have to talk for the help, there is a ring to enter the hotel, but nobody answering, you like a stupid staying outside looking for the phone to call. I did reservations in the morning, by the hotel I was after 3 pm , and they said that they didn’t have my reservation, I sent them a picture of my reservation, they said that they don’t have nobody by this name, and around 7 pm they texted me that they got my reservation, so what I should do going around with my baggage, after one person let me go inside the hotel, and what no one there, no staff, nothing, and hotel smells, so I would not recommend this hotel, don’t spend your money, even that it looks little bit cheaper, but sometimes better pay little bit more to avoid this garbage, HORRIBLE

Noisy and not comfy

Quiet, clean, old but nice. good location not too far from the city but also not in an overly touristic area upon leaving there were no staff to pay the city tax to, so I had to leave the keys and more money than intended as there was no one to give me change. I spoke to them on whatsapp but when they answered it was way too late.

they send me check in instructions and due to no connection in the mountains i didnt send my passport before 8 pm to get the access code. Even though the property was paid for and there was night emergency number but nobody answered it. We dialed the door, dialed the emergency number and nobody replied so me and my mom had to sleep in the car right in front of the place. They should hire a person that at least meets people 24/7 and help to check in.

The location was convenient. The Staff especially Hotel Employee, was so helpful and an amazing host.

Location The price was too high . Room was like a bathroom , with a washbasin inside , just beside the bed . It was too small , also no attached bathroom. May be one bathroom shared by 10 rooms ..

엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 들고 다니기 힘들었고, 직원들이 24시간 근무하지 않아 불안했으며, 타올도 교체해주지 않고. 청소도 해주지 않아 불편했다. 공용 화장실도 세 개중 하나는 고장나서 불편했다.
