We have stayed here many many times . The staff before Covid was always amazing. ! We looked forward to our stay every time . The staff has changed over the years since accept one lovely lady . The last two times I have stayed once with a friend in May/jun 2024 and once then with my husband in May/june 2026 were not great . We come every 18 months or two years as we have friends in Florence . Sadly we will looking for another hotel after staying her for the last 14 years

The staff is the best. This is my second time staying here as my daughter, who lives in Italy, and I can’t think of a better place to stay. The food is wonderful and the accommodations are over and above. Thanks to all and I will be back soon. JR … Atlanta , USA ?♂️nothing

Quite inconvenient to get into Florence (expensive taxi since hotel's shuttle wasn't running). Restaurant's food was hit or miss, and expensive for what it was.

Stunning place, beautiful gardens. The villa was fabulous, beautifully appointed. The staff are excellent and welcoming. Service in all areas was outstanding The 2 beds pushed into 1. The breakfast was not as good as the 3 star place we stayed in. Breakfast was average for the standard of property. For the price we feel an 11am or 12 midday check out would be good value.

Very nice villa with plenty of amenities (parking, pool, free water in the room, shuttle to city center and garden). Breakfast was good, serving staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were a bit cold but nothing too dramatic, would be nice to have 2 pairs of slippers in a room if traveling as a couple, we only received one. There is a service tax added to the final bill which is entirely optional, not a deal breaker but it can be a weird experience as it is not a common practice.

The hotel itself was a beautiful, well-maintained property with comfortable and clean rooms. The pool was refreshing on a hot day and the breakfast was wonderful with great service from the staff coming around for drinks. Front desk staff was friendly and available to help you arrange any taxis or transport you may need. Enjoyed having a shuttle option to get you closer to the center of Florence. Automatic service charge added on the total bill, especially because it was hard to get service at dinner, but we appreciated that the staff was transparent about the added charge at check in and that you could remove or change it. Limited shuttle times so if you plan on using the shuttle service, you'll have to plan your day around them.

Beautiful place. Close enough to Florence city center to go by car (about 15 minutes) and far enough to get the feeling you’re away in a Tuscan villa (which you are!).

This is an old estate of a noble family, built in a baroque or neo-classical style, with a vast garden. We felt we had this whole palace to ourselves. Amazing place.

I thought that Villa Olmi was just beautiful. despite it being almost mid winter, the gardens were immaculate, the interior stunning especially with all the Christmas decorations and it’s was beautifully and tastefully decorated. n/a
