Gorgeous property with beautiful surrounding nature, flowers and garden and decor beautiful Recovery on our room, had an incident with the cleanliness of the sheets, which is surprising for this type of accommodation, yes sheets changed promptly which is a given and apology on the spot, yet nothing further which is surprising considering the rating of this hotel :/

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the overall all esthetic and design of the hotel. Breakfast was quite good and nice variety. Bathroom was a bit difficult to negotiate. Large tub to climb in and out of to shower. Mold along the walls and tile. Difficult to open the door and get into the bathroom with the position of the sink. Needs a bit of updating. The river view was a bit limited.

Beautiful converted mill on the river. Our room overlooking the river was spacious, and the pool area was excellent. Handy shuttle service for going into Florence, perfect location outside of the busy city centre Nothing

Everything about the hotel was perfect for us as a family. We used the shuttle bus when timings suited and taxis to get us to specific locations at others. It was so nice to be in a building with some history that had been adapted to suit today’s travellers. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel.

Breakfast very good, swimming pool area is beautiful, location is not good for walks, but you have organized transport to city center. Rooms are very nice, clean, beds comfy. Prices in bar a little high, air condition in rooms not working as they should. Had to keep windows open during night, which resulted in numerous mosquito bites.
