Elena was a wonderful host. The accommodations are on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. Room was clean and comfortable, and a breakfast was put out each morning, including juice, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries and more. Elena even put out breakfast items for us the night before we checked out since we were leaving very early. The location can't be beat.... just steps from the Duomo and many restaurants and shops. An added bonus was the assistant host, her dog Aria ?. Adorable and friendly! Really nothing to complain about! We'd stay there again.

The location was very convenient for our 3 night stay. Easy access from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station (even when pulling a suitcase) and within walking distance to all tourist attractions and cafes. Whilst not on the ground floor, there is a lift up to the apartment. Elena provided a fantastic breakfast, even when we had to head out early one morning to take a train to Pisa. The apartment is super clean and has everything you need. The apartment is a good size for two people although a bit of a squeeze with two (shell style opening) suitcases and daypacks.

Elena was very sweet and it felt very cozy and personal. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and each day had a slightly different pastries. She has a pet dog that greets us in the morning. We took some time to figure out the best way to optimize AC (It was 38 deg), had to close the door for the room to stay cool. We also had 4-5 mosquitos sneak in and bite us at night - but nothing you can do about that.

Lovely host who setup a wonderful spread for breakfast with lots of care and love. Everything was fresh and tasty. We had a wonderful time with everything near by and walkable. none

Great location near Florence train station and many attractions. The room is very comfortable and stylish with good facilities. The host is exceptional. She was very helpful and also provided delicious breakfast for us every morning.

A great place to stay for visiting Fluorence. Right next to the train station and easy to go to everywhere on foot but also very quiet at night. The room is inside an apartment with a private bathroom and a balcony. It is well designed and very clean. Elena is a wonderful host, very welcoming and thoughtful. She gave us great suggestions visiting the city and served delicious breakfast at 8am every morning. Her dog is so cute and we also love it very much. Nothing.

All the comfort and modernity of the room, very clean and well decorated. perfect location good breakfast but could be better. this just as a suggestion

Breakfast was very good each morning. Location was near main Florence railway station which was perfect for us given we travelled to Florence with luggage by train. B&B located towards the better part of the street (nearer the railway station) which was good. Overall very good value stay and host was lovely. As the B&B is also the host's home, would be preferable for the host to give the option as to whether the rented room was cleaned each day or not (like in hotels).

Very large apartment with an large and clean shower. The bed was just perfect and clean sheets every day. Location could not be better. Right in the heart of shops and attractions. Also only a 4 min walk from the station . Extremely safe to walk around at night. Nothing to fault at all

I was so comfortable at the Zip b&b - it had every amenity I could want and an excellent location - a short walk from the railway station and from the Duomo. I felt a lot of thought had gone into its design and function. Elena was a wonderful and caring hostess and Aria, Michelangelo and Nina were a bonus. Breakfast offered different treats every morning and was always delicious. I don't think I've ever felt so sorry to leave a place! I would really love to return there - and for longer than four nights Absolutely nothing.

two rooms in flat let out as B&B - large rooms. Front room can get street noise but quiet 11pm - 7am. Breakfast varied and interesting served in hall and taken into your room. Laundrette 20 yards down road. Fridge in room. No safe in room but felt safe. setting perfect for arriving on train and walking into centre. Small but adequate lift. when a motorbike alarm went off at 6.30am!
