The hotel is close to the metro station, the room is a good size and the bathroom has good privacy. The AC in the room did not cool the room well. We were hot all night even though it was running at the highest level.

Beautiful property. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptional. They were very kind and responsive. The location was perfect for walking to all the sites in Florence. I thought that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but when we checked in, i would have had to pay more. It was expensive to add on, so we just went to a nearby bakery for breakfast. There was a little confusion with our bill too. When we checked out, the person at the desk said we were all set, but later I got an email that said we hadn’t paid for the rooms. It was not a big deal, just a mistake, but it always makes me a little nervous.

You could hear the traffic. The bathroom door didn't close. The shower leaked on the floor and it was slippery.

Just a short walk from the train station and close to EVERYTHING!!!!!! Best restaurants nearby and gelato on the corner! Beds were comfort able and bathroom was spacious with large shelf for cosmetics etc. Everyone there knew our names from day 1 and treated us like family friends. Breakfast was excellent and they had an elevator which is hard to find. Best place to stay in Florence!

Very tasteful decor. A very welcoming staff. Four days as our home base. We returned every day feeling like we had a home away from home.
