The only thing was the wifi and that wasn’t really an issue.

We would like to thanks Yari for his kind hospitality and for his great restaurants suggestions! The room was good and we could serve ourselves a great coffee and snacks and water outside the room thank you Yari! The location was perfect in the center of the city easy to walk all around! The bed was too hard for me and that’s it all was great ?

How we were welcomed , the helpful information that our host gave us , also the fact that it allowed us to leave out luggage in the apartament all day before our flight. Only stayed for one night , there is nothing for us to complain about

All about this booking was fantastic. The friendliness and attention to detail by our Hosts Nico and Yari, the enviable property location very near the train station (8 Min walk) and historic attractions (easy walks to the Central Market, the old historic center attractions, Ponte Vecchio and many notable streets), in the Chinatown area, the bounty of eateries very near by, the security of the building (with elevator) and property, the breakfast that was included.... The common area was very clean plus offered a nice coffee machine, snacks and water cooler. The private room was also very clean and as depicted in the pictures. It had a very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and pressure, great quality toiletries, a mini fridge and snacks plus daily upkeep service. What else would you need! A Smart TV would be nice!

excelente location and decoration We complained about the air con not working and nobody bothered to go to the room and check. Room had no acoustic isolation and therefore very noisy at night. Bath shower doors held together with a dangerous screw facing the shower area

Centrally located and great for Restaurants and places of interest to visit. The water in the property was warm and not hot enough. The sofa in the small lounge section was very uncomfortable and small.

Street noise very loud, even at night. Bring earplugs!

Location: Like 10 min walk from the train station and touristic attractions. communication: someone from the B&B was in touch with us the night before, we agreed on the arrival time and again reconfirmed during the arrival day. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated. Bed is comfy Double glass windows work perfectly, once you open them, you hear all the noise from the street. lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the street. We were able to leave the bags for storage which was handy on departure day.

met at entry, everything explained well. Iron & board provided. woken at night by street noise. I had been expecting a room on "inner courtyard view", but was in fact facing the street and suffered from noisy people and cars.

Near train and near center - this is very comfortable. Be careful when booking a room, the window looks out into the courtyard, there is no sunlight and no possibility to ventilate.

The only good thing was the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the room. The room was very small and claustrophobic with the only ‘window’ looking onto a tiny covered courtyard/storage/rubbish area. We had no clue what the weather was like outside until we made our way down a dark flight of stairs and went outside. The property is way overrated, think of misleading real estate ads. We had room 4, I can only guess the others must be way better judging by some reviews. The shower was small and awkward with its sloping floor. All in all it was by far the worst place we stayed in Italy and also by far the most expensive. Very disappointed at the misleading advertising, this was our once in a lifetime visit and was definitely impacted by this room.
