The hotel was a short walk from the central station and also incredibly well located to walk to all local tourist attractions (from Uffizi and the Duomo, to the Giardino dell’Iris). The hotel staff were also fantastic, making my stay warm and welcoming. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great find!

The room was fine and the location of the property was quite central WARNING - We booked the apartment and there was no details regarding the fact that there was no lift/elevator up to the location of the apartment. We needed to haul our luggage up 2 flights of very steep stairs. If this information was provided I would not have booked this property.

Everything was perfect: starting with the warm welcome of the lady at the reception, then the comfortable and extremely clean room (small, but having inside all you need), then the location (at the heart of the old town but no noise from the outside), good breakfast at the hotel, many good restaurants and shops around, ending with the friendly attitude and great help we received from the lady at the reception. The hotel is a bit expensive (like maybe all others in the old part of Florence), but definitely deserves the spent money. Highly recommend. That I did not find it earlier :) Seriously, not a single thing to complain from. Next time I visit Florence, I will directly book Globus Urban hotel without any hesitation.

The facility was really clean, big enough and staffs were all kind. The only issue is that the restroom ventilation is not working well.

Very fresh, great coffee, staff very attentive. Grab bars in the shower.

Near many famous historic sites, breakfast good, helpful desk staff Tough to access with luggage. Cabs can’t access street.

We were upgraded to the apartment, which was great for our family of 4. The apartment door did not have a lock on the inside like most hotel rooms.
